It makes me super-happy to see the South Carolina crew teaming up with you. I love watching Ed's channel and I love watching Gabriel's as well. The more, the better! Thanks for a great tutorial!
Coach Gabriel, about a year or so back I commented on one of your videos about pre/first fight nerves. I lost that first one but have since won each of my fights. With that said, i always catch myself being the backwards stepping counter fighter more often rather than the aggressor. Being that i am usually the shorter fighter in my weight class (125) it’s a habit after being beaten up on for years before competing. How can I break that habit? Thanks again coach. P.S. 3 weeks out before the next one 👊🏼
I have a video coming up soon about guys who like to move backwards. But you can also spend lots of time drilling your attacks with head off the centre line.
Let's throw some bodies to the floor in the next sparring session 😃
Let the bodies hit the floor!
@@elsuperpollo2273 No way, I was about the write the same comment but you were first 😂
Thanks for throwing me around, Gabriel! I had a blast!

Alot of Sanda guys do that last takedown in their matches. It's a great kick catch
Ed's really good at rolling with those throws! His "Choke" shirt... it that a classic Choke or diet? lol
Gabe is a humble dude. Very respectful. Great info brother. Thank you.

Can you make one on how to do that southpaw vs orthodox?
feel like 4th might get you kani basamid, thoughts on that one when grappling is allowed?
Are these allowed in k-1 rules?
Easy to understand because you have a partner
banger after banger after banger after banger….
Hey guys, is the video kind of messed up for anyone else? Even when I turn down the quality it’s kind of jittery and breaking up
