I made the curry chicken and the Bigan. I followed your instructions as best I could. I could not find the Bandanya (Culantro) ANYWHERE, so I had to just use Cilantro and thanks to you and your kind husband for sharing his Green seasoning, the food turned out DELICIOUS! I LOVE watching you cook! It’s like a beautiful dance that you do! And the clinging of your bracelets just adds to the authenticity of who you are and the food you cook! I just found your channel and I’m so happy you are showing how to cook curry chicken and buss up. I’m definitely going to try out your recipe this week as it looks delicious. Just a suggestion, I keep hearing a clicking sound in the video that’s very distracting. I think it’s the camera lens cap hitting the camera 📸 when your husband is moving around the kitchen. Maybe he can remove the cap lens or tape it to the side of the camera to tone down the noise. (Especially when one is wearing headphones and watching the video). 😢 I am going to binge watch your videos for more amazing recipes! 😊
