Ria, You're Amazing. My mom would put the Sada Roti in the microwave for a minute after cooking. It ALWAYS rises. We add green onions in our boulangier choka. Gives it a beautiful flavor as well. Also, when cooking the Sada roti you can take an over sized pot cover and cover it on the Tawa. When it starts to bubble...flip it over to finish the other side. Then put it in the microwave for a minute. It comes out awesome.
