If your Mazda CX-30 remote key fob has a dead, bad or broken battery the DIC may display KEY NOT DETECTED or TOUCH KEY FOB TO PUSH BUTTON START SWITCH when you attempt to start it. To start the Mazda CX30 with a remote key fob that is not working: Depress the brake pedal then use the Mazda CX30 remote key fob to press the stop/start button.
