Simple and nice recipes. Have few questions though, why did you remove pulp for first recipe? Can it be made with pulp also? And is there any way to lessen its bitterness. I tried once it was very bitter in taste.

Thanks😊. Better to remove the pulp to avoid maximum bitterness. II always remove pulp. You can use pulp if it is tender and doesn't taste bitter.

I have seen recipes where they soak chopped gourd in salt and haldi, will it help to remove bitterness? I think it will reduce nutrients in water that's released ​@@bhusanur.cooking
