എന്റെ പൊന്നു സാറെ, ഇതെല്ലം കേൾക്കാൻ നല്ലതു തന്നെ. ചുരുക്കം ചില ഓഫീസിൽ നടക്കുന്നുമുണ്ടാകാം. കൈക്കൂലി എങ്ങിനെ കൊടുക്കണമെന്നുള്ളത് കൂടി ഒന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു തന്നാൽ മതി. ഞാൻ എറണാകുളം കണയന്നൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ ജീവിക്കുന്നയാളാണ്. സാറിന് കാര്യം പിടി കിട്ടിക്കാണും.
ഞാൻ 10 വർഷം മുമ്പ് ഒരു സ്ഥലം വാങ്ങി, മ്യൂട്ടേഷൻ നടത്തി Thandapperum ലഭിച്ചു. ഇതിന് 4 സർവേ നമ്പറുകളുണ്ട്. ഞാൻ ഓൺലൈൻ നികുതി അടയ്ക്കാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചപ്പോൾ, 2 സർവേ നമ്പർ മാത്രം കാണുന്നു. മറ്റ് 2 സർവേ നമ്പറുകൾ‌ക്കായി പരിശോധിച്ചപ്പോൾ (Online inquiry) , ഉടമസ്ഥാവകാശം മറ്റൊരാളുടെ പേരിൽ മറ്റൊരു Thanda പേരിൽ കാണുന്നു. കഴിഞ്ഞ ആഴ്ച ഞാൻ പൊസഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റു എടുത്തു. അതിൽ 4 സർവേ നമ്പറുകളും കാണിക്കുന്നു. ഭൂനികുതി രസീതും എന്റെ പേരിലാണ്.
ഉടമസ്ഥാവകാശം ശരിയാക്കാനും നികുതി ഓൺലൈനായി അടയ്ക്കാനും ഞാൻ എന്തുചെയ്യണം

നിങ്ങളുടെ survey numbers data entry നൽകിയപ്പോൾ ഉണ്ടായ mistake ആകാനാണ് സാധ്യത. അതിനാൽ ആദ്യം വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് , ഓൺലൈൻ ഡാറ്റാ കറക്റ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ പറയുക. അപ്രകാരം കറക്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ മാത്രം ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി ടാക്സ് അടച്ചാൽ മതി.

ഒന്ന് സഹായിക്കാമോ.. ഞങ്ങളുടെ വീട് എന്റെ അച്ഛന്റെ പേരിൽ ആണ് ആധാരം രെജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. കാലങ്ങളായി വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ ചെന്നാണ് കരം അടക്കാറുള്ളത്...പക്ഷേ കഴിഞ്ഞ തവണ ചെന്നപ്പോൾ പറഞ്ഞു പട്ടയം തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറ ദേവസ്വം വക ആയതിനാൽ പട്ടയം അച്ഛന്റെ പേരിലേക്ക് മാറ്റിയിട്ട് കരം അടക്കആം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. ഇത് പ്രകാരം പട്ടയം അച്ഛന്റെ പേരിലേക് മാറ്റി വാങ്ങാൻ ഉള്ള അപേക്ഷ വെച്ചതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ പട്ടയം അച്ഛന്റെ പേരിൽ ലഭിച്ചു. പക്ഷേ നിർഭാഗ്യവശാൽ അച്ഛൻ കോവിദ് ബാധിച്ചു മരണപ്പെട്ടു. ഇനി ഇപ്പോ കരം അടക്കണമെങ്കിൽ അവകാശ പോകുവർവ് ചെയ്താൽ മതിയാവുമോ ?

Possession certificate is also one valid Certificate being issued from a Village Office is another Govt order only like any other certificates issued from Village Office .While selling One Electrtified terraced House with Well& Compound wall with edible trees like Coconuts,Mango trees&Cashew nut trees&plantain etc by a Seller is his properties mentioned in his AADARAM (DOCUMENT)issued from one Sub Registrar Office is the proof for showing that site (area) is his property & It will be mentioned in SCHEDULE of the Document clearly..But this property details mentioned in the Aadaram(document) should be mentioned in the POSSESSION CERTIFICATE issuing from one Village Office in the classification column of the Possession certificate to know the site or area is the properties of the seller or purchaser.On that basis only any Bank will give good amount of loan to the Sellers or Purchasers,So Village officer must clearly mention the type of site or area of a seller or purchaser in his POSSESSION CERTIFICATE ..For the same Site or Land area one Village officer cannot write different Possession Certificate for Seller& his site Purchaser as House with Compound &wall etc in Seller's Possession Certificate& as NILAM in Purchaser's Possession Certificate as it will create various problems to the purchaser later on&won't get expected loan etc from any Banks also.Then such mistakes should be corrected by Village Officer as per the request of the Purchaser through the knowledge of connected Tahasildar (This information is from some retired Tahasildar&one Village Officer&one aged practicing Advocate only)If any error is there in the above details it may be corrected by concerned Officers)

മൊബൈലിലാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നതെങ്കിൽ revenue.kerala gov.in സൈറ്റ് തുറന്നതിന് ശേഷം വലത് ഭാഗത്തെ MENU Select ചെയ്യുക. അതിന് ശേഷം വരുന്ന details ൽ മുകളിൽ ആദ്യം കാണുന്ന information Zone select ചെയ്ത് Pokkuvaravu ' details കാണാം.അതിൽ ആധാരം റജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത വിവരം കൊടുത്ത് GET ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്താൽ ലഭിക്കും

എന്റെ ആധാരം നഷ്ടം പോയി. എന്റെയും അമ്മയുടെയും പേരിലാണ് കരം അടച്ചിരുന്നത്. അമ്മ മരിച്ചിട്ട് ഒരു വർഷമായി. എന്റെ കൈയിൽ മൂലാധാരത്തിന്റെ കോപ്പിയും ബാധ്യത രഹിത സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും 1992ൽ കരമടച്ച റെസിപ്റ്റും ഉണ്ട്. എനിക്ക് കരമടക്കുവാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നില്ല. എന്റെ പേരിൽ പുതിയ ആധാരം ഉണ്ടാക്കുവാൻ എന്ത് ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കും?

രജിസ്ട്രേഷന് 30.12.2020 കഴിഞ്ഞു, പോക്കുവരവ് ഇതുവരെ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ 4 പ്രാവശ്യം പോയി. ഓൺലൈനായി നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ documents available in village എന്നു കാണിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്

PV forwarded to village officer എന്നാണ്. അങ്ങനെ കാണിച്ചപ്പോ ഞാൻ വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ വിളിച്ചു.എന്നിട്ട് ഞാൻ ReLIS ന്റെ site ഇൽ നോക്കിയപ്പോ ഡോക്യുമെന്റ് view available എന്നാണ് കാണിക്കുന്നത്. Pv forwarded to vo എന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത്. Registration കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് 2 weeks കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഇനി ഞാൻ എന്തെങ്കിലും ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുണ്ടോ? Late ആവുന്നത് എന്താണ് എന്ന് ചോദിച്ചു. പിറ്റേന്ന് തന്നെ എല്ലാം ok ആയി.
