I'm 30 now .. been watching these fellas since I was a teen... Miss seeing David.. and Yvette has never aged a bit!! And Carl looking better than ever and my favorite one of all Stuart!!!! I lived in an old village club as Steward for three years, the taps were turned on all over the building on a regular basis, we never got to the bottom of it. They were always full on often with water splashing out of the basin. Hot, cold, all different taps throughout the large building.
Perhaps it was a former cleaner haunting the place they used to love

At 7.14 into the video on the second window to the left on level carl is on i saw black fiigure on the floor that ducks up then back down.
I see that too Jamie, but looking at it again it's the top right of the camera view which Karl is in bottom left.

All of the American paranormal shows have the all singing, all dancing modern tech to do their investigations with but MH don’t use theirs anymore. Is this for budget reasons or do you guys feel you no longer need them? I’m loving these extras but I do wish you would include more table tipping and spirit boards like you used to. Thank you for everything guys

The church bells are the Rochdale town hall bells, when big Ben was out of commission on a NYE they used them instead. Would think the town hall would make a good most haunted vigil.
The piano note heard was an octave lower than the final note Stu played.

If Stewart had really seen someone... And he knows it's only himself and Karl in the building... He wouldn't have said "Hey, we're filming." He would've said,"Who are you? And How did you get in?"

at 10;20 as the hear the piano on the replay, and carl says was that the piano you see a shadow dart to the right at the same time you hear a seat drop down, the same seat carl walks in to on his way down....check it out

@7:15 There is a dark shadow figure in the window next to the doors Carl opened. I think it’s this side of the window and it’s moving. hopefully one of the crew will look back at this. It could be the figure Stuart saw. I’m sure others have spotted it. When Carl says “if I’m standing where Stuart saw you stand next to me” that’s exactly when it moves across and ducks down.
Andrew Ward yes that’s exactly where I mean👍 at that point when the shadow figure moves and bends down Carl is standing way over to the right where the doors are so we can rule out it being him. I’m sure that shadow figure is what Stuart had following him around and playing tricks on him with the taps.
Andrew Ward no because if you look closely Carl is over to the right by the doors on Stuarts camera and when the shadow moves and bends down in the window area Carl is standing still over by the doors. Carl standing still is visible on the bottom left camera as the shadow moves and bends down on the top right camera. I’m watching it on a 48 inch TV. The shadow is not Carl.

When Stuart is trying the lock on the door at about 36.38 as he takes his hand of it for the last time I hear a dog going woof yet Stuart never picked that up I'm wondering if he heard it.
