Find the reset button or contact the company...should reset just fine....attach a nut (Nuts and bolts) to the end of the hose goingi nto the water jug to weigh it down..,,,! (try a 2 gallon jug instead).

We made it to 77 today...the next cold blast won't reach this far; however, we have a few more nights below 32.
It sounds like a frustrating system to use. Thank you for reviewing with us. Good solutions for solving the issues with this system. Have you been able to use anything that you are growing in the system?
I use the food from the Let Pot weekly. I use the greens for cut and come again until they are too old and I love having the fresh herbs - especially the basil as I put it in my water and smoothies. It is a great system for growing indoor greens. I’ve never tried to grow more than that with it.

It’s great to hear your crops survived the cold. I am hoping to start some herbs this weekend. The seed starting will be very steady next month.
