If you read the instructions, there are 12 dome stickers that you put on the plastic domes to shade the grow pods. Also there are 6black hole covers included to put over the pod holes not being used.
Wow, I have a letpot hydroponic. And I have something else that my Nices have sent to me. For some reason, I just feel so intimidated. It's probably because I need to open the app to the box. It seems like everyone is enjoying growing food inside. Thank you for sharing.
What a great review, I have a similar one down under here in Australia, It is the Idoo and is available around the same price on special. It comes with some hole covers but no app. I use a separate timer. I use it for propagation a lot and move the germinated plants into my regular NFT. I agree. This is an excellent introduction to hydroponics and makes a great gift for somebody.
Thanks for the comment TobyRobb! I saw the Idoo on Amazon, the products look very similar, and probably function the same way. The app is really just a gimmick to me, I'd rather have hole covers!
I got a six hole garden for Christmas. The herbs🌱that came with it grew like crazy! Next I want to try growing lettuce🥬and over the winter I’m going to try flowers!🌸
Just received today! Thank you for your help. FYI, latest version included some covers for some empty holes. Also included some stakes and stickers... the lettuce planting tips are much appreciated.
The mufga system looks similar they have both a 12 pod and a 18 pod unit right now the 12 pod unit is $39. And change the 18 pod unit is now $44 and change. They have not been this cheap in a while usually much more expensive. Worth checking out very similar to the aero garden as well just seems bigger
Last year I actually got a $40 cheapo version off Amazon because at that time I was super poor. I have never had this type of success or wiggling-giggly joy when it comes to seed starting. Even my budget version bubbles the water, fans the babies.
@@TikkiOOO I started different seeds from my random stash. From herb to hot pepper to tomato etc, even flowers like moss rose - everything sprouted super well from viable seeds. I did use a heating mat under the machine for hot peppers.
What an amazing video Thank you so much for sharing. After watching I’ve placed my order for one. Very informative and eloquently presented and the time sequence from planting to harvest was amazing Shame in Australia on Amazon they are $A160 Still looks like a good buy. Love your videos and am a happy subscriber Happy days
Great video thanks. But I'm wondering, how do you top-up the water? Do you just use normal tap water Or do you have to mix up the solution? If so, how do you know how much to mix ? seeings How you're not starting from scratch?... Also, when is the process over? And do you have to take everything out and start over from scratch? or does it just grow indefinitely?
wow lots of info! I like coupons lol I bet planting some spinach along with the lettuce would be good. oh and some tiny tim tomatoes. You'd have your whole salad right there lol
Love your vids, would be nice to see if this new 25w system would beat your 5 year old 20w Aerogarden in a grow battle. Leds have skyrocketed in efficiency the last few years and it should be a easy win for the new system - IF they used the new generation of leds that is :)
That would be interesting...my older son took the older Aerogarden (that figures!) and he's enjoying growing in his garage. I'm not sure if I can reclaim it to run that experiment, but that would be interesting to see how the units have gotten better over the years. Thanks for the feedback and suggestion icemage!
Another great video....but you didn't really tell us if the seeds you planted were included in the buy or if they were some you already had! Looks like a great bargain garden!
Thanks TheGg6422! They were my seeds, I bought the Lettuce Lovers collection of 8 varieties and have been growing lots of lettuce in all different containers! If you are interested, here is the Amazon link: amzn.to/466N3uE Thanks for the question!

My fiancé bought me a Let Pot for Christmas and my garden is thriving! It was easy to use and maintain!

I never thought about propagation... Interesting!

Glad to hear that...I never thought about planting flowers, enjoy! Thanks for the comment!
The water level indicator, is a really nice useful touch to the design.
Yes stationplaza, its a nice touch...I just wish there were covers for the holes. Otherwise its a nice setup!

Nice that they added the hole covers and stakes, good luck growing and enjoy the journey!
Thank you im going to pick one up!) Master blend has released a one part nutrient that's 20-20-20
Thanks for letting me know Dust, I'll look into that!

Thanks for the comment! What did you plant? Did the seeds germinate?

Thanks for the comment ThinkPraise! I'm enjoying it, next up is some lemon basil!
Great looking little set up!

Thanks for the question!
So do you fill up the plant bottles to top with water to mix? How much water do I put in the a and b bottle?
Get some poker chips to fill in the holes.
Can't way to see how this turns out.
Thanks KitchenLivinwithShay, it turned out great!
Looks like a interesting system
Yes, I just planted some lemon basil in there! Thanks for the comment Mike!
@@TikkiOOO nice!..love lemon basil!
Is the pump some kind of sprayer/mister or is a normal pump with pipe connections?
Thanks for the question PankajDas-moe! Its just a normal pump, no sprayer or mister, just creating water circulation. Hope that helps!
@@TikkiOOO thank you. So basically it's still a kraky style I guess.
Isn't part b calcium nitrate?
Thanks!
Welcome!
what are the tiny holes for please?
They are for staking vining plants.
Poland spring water 😂
