First step for us is overturning _Citizens United v. FEC._ That cannot happen until Democrats secure both houses with two-thirds majority _and_ take the White House enough times to appoint new SCOTUS Justices.

As president, I am sworn to protect the constitution and our representative democracy. For that reason, and in my capacity as holder of the office of the president of these United states, I implore all Trump appointed judges of the SCOTUS to resign within two weeks. Failing to do so will have very unpleasant consequences. It would be tragic if something bad but inherently avoidable happened to these men and women.
Then replace them and have the laws which gave Biden the power to do this reversed. I'm not joking. That we're not doing this, even if it's just as a demonstration of what is wrong, is unforgivable.

Merits aside, I don't think the Democrats legally have a choice but to nominate Kamala Harris. After the 1969 reforms, you can't just have a smoke filled room where they decide who the candidate's going to be: a replacement on the ticket is going to have to involve the formal order of succession, OR a floor fight on live TV.

My main thing with whoever becomes a nominee, is that they go after Trump hard with a Capital h. There are so many negatives. So many terrible things that he has been proven to do and so many weaknesses that Biden could not point out, I really feel like if someone can come in there, , ideally during a debate, in just nail Trump with every single little thing that he has going against him, we might get enough excitement to get people out voting.
