But this has a big assumption: That Harris holds NE-2nd congressional district. It has only voted blue twice (2008 and 2020). While Omaha has been blue trending, the district was redistricted and gerrymandered a bit to make it more red. It should be considered a battleground, just like the others

The primary motivation for pollsters is to make things close, because that holds people's interest. HRC vs Trump was a case of two repugnant candidates so people held their noses and voted for Trump.
