4:50 Its actually better to set your FPS cap to about 10-20 frames above your refresh rate. This is because frame time and refresh rates are a tiny bit different but it is noticeable in gameplay

This is incorrect if you have a VRR/Freesync/Gsync monitor. For this game though, regardless of what your monitor or setup is, I recommend uncapping fps.
