I was looking at the player count on Steam and it's funny how good old Rome 2 outlived Attila,ToB, Troy and 3K. Though I doubt CA will ever make games like this anymore

Rome 2 had worse mechanics and bad terrible combat compared to Attila.

Dude, when you told that story about Black Sam (known commonly as Black Bellamy, real name being Samuel Bellamy), I stopped the video right after and read all about him for about an hour. That was some fascinating history, and I thank you for mentioning it. ☕
That story of the man getting into piracy mid battle is what keeps us hooked with your videos Apollo, random at its finest but interesting
Although there were so many missed opportunities (mostly defender side, but definitely also the attacking side), this was a great match. I love these battles where it comes down to the last few remaining units!

We went from looking at the naked warriors of Gaul to listening to a story about a morally correct pirate that stripped naked before battle about a thousand years later. Yep, it’s Apollo alright 😂😂😂😅😅😅

I was rooting for the attackers at the beginning, but it makes me so frustrated to see so many wasted opportunities

I see a lot of people who play rome 2 hate wen you flak them on the walls or if there are a small open to rush though, they will say you going through my units cheater. "I have to explain to them there units wasn't wild enough to stop a 4 or 3 guy by 50

I have a little problem with starting a attack or siege and mess up and that’s only with AI pretty sad btw never played against other players
That pike should have just stayed on site and let the attack do whatever he wanted to do. Chasing after not one but two units of axemen is foolish. It was one of the throws that ppl sometimes miss.
