This game was an absolute trip, Id highly advise anyone to pick it , purely for the dialogue between Johnson and Hotspur alone.
The story is surprisingly emotional and the controls and game play was solid. * Quick side note, I had to chop the final cut-scene a bit just to avoid copyright :)

One of my favourite games of all time. Very underrated in my opinion.

@@surft yeah. From what I heard the game was actually gonna be more of an open world rpg type of game with it being more silent hill and serious then dmc and no more heroes black comedy. It’s a shame that Suda’s vision was thrown away because EA had to be EA and screw him over. Apparently when they got Shinji Mikami involved instead of seeing a new and great IP that would be a great edition to the horror genre they saw “Resi 4 big bucks” to be made. Hopefully if we’re lucky we could see a proper game of what Suda had in mind. Either way what we got was great but not the vision Suda had intended.

By the opening cutscene alone, I can tell I would most definitely enjoy this game.

Here's a tip on the buzz saw demon : you can hit him with o then charge up your melee then attack him this stuns him even longer and it will give you a chance to lightshot after he gets stunned.

For all of the death gore and violence in this game, the only thing that bothers me is that they used a grenade launcher model for a machine gun with way more ammo than what was in the drums.

Shinji Mikami its like the Master Roshi of dark/badass/stylish/bizarre games. Its awesome Suda could start his own studio, but having him in platinum games with Mikami and Kamiya would be awesome
I couldn't agree more, he's one of my favourites too, didn't he do the Evil within game's too ? I have yet to cover them but will do soon

Man these boss fights go on for like an eternity...there's no sense of progression. Like you're just arbitrarily fighting until a cutscene happens. Great video, but I felt like I started to tune out the fights as they drag on a bit long. But that's the fault of the developer not the content creator. Excellent vid!!

Doom Slayer and Garcia fucking Hotspur would be really great friends. Both willingly entered Hell and killed a whole bunch of demons, so much so that the demons shit themselves when they see them.

IDK why but i always found the boss fight at 1:06:26 was really tough for me when i first played it i literally raged but i got it done in the end.
