@@ender01o66 i actually owned the DotM game lol. ive just never encountered the revenge of the fallen one. hated the DotM one tbh. only got it because shockwave was on the cover, & he aint even in the damn game till like the last 20 seconds
Honestly I feel the 2007 DS games were just too good. They only go down from it, with a little spark of quality again for WFC. They're so good that the Decepticons one is easily in my top 5 Transformers games of all time. Such a shame we've never really gotten one in that style for a modern console.
I remember being so hyped for this game as a kid only to be left so disappointed when I finally played it
HELL YEAH BOIIII THIS game was my CHILDHOOD (alongside the ROTF Autobot game and the DS WFC games)
I remember getting this game back in the day and expecting a direct sequel to the 1st with same gameplay and everything... sad times
F
at least the 3rd game is better
Something to mention about Starscream’s voice, that’s actually Charlie Adler reprising his role from the movie
Over the years after playing the whole trilogy of tf ds games, I still think the 2007 one is better. mainly cuz... Well freeplay. And u can play as other characters as well.
Genuinely love that you’re making these videos, I remember playing these as a kid (not that I’m some ancient being) and hearing you mention that they’re “great car-ride games” really nails it. Genuinely loved the first two and playing these was a massive let down but it’s cool to see someone else comment on them! Awesome work!
So glad you've made a vid on the revenge of the fallen game. I remember playing the autobots version and being furious you couldn't fire your weapon without locking on because I found it so confusing
You should talk about the War For Cybertron DS titles, I used to love those
I’m happy to see more people played these games than just me
Maybe one day you could do the ps2 transformers game. Part 1 is the autobot story and part 2 is the decepticon story.
Fun video. I never played this one, but I played the heck out of the first 2.
That clip with the main theme and the guys dancing had me crying. I love these videos bro bc I never knew there were other people who played and understood these games at a level I did. I also couldn’t get DS games very often so what I got I had to stick with and I replayed all the transformers DS games over and over again. Keep up the content man, u got a new subscription
I remember playing this game on my 3ds and I honestly loved it and still do to this day
The voice of grindor sounds like megatron from war for cybertron ds
This was my first experience as a kid on the DS. I absolutely loved it!
I would most certainly watch a video about a Megatron movie! I've loved all these videos so far, so I'm sure it would be great!
I’ll get on that asap :))
NOW IF YOU TAKE ROTF MECHANICS AND TRANFORMERS THE GAMES OPEN WORLD ATMOSPHERE (and certain mechanics) YOU HAVE AN AMAZING TRANSFORMERS RPG. Wish i was living in that reality
Same
The music on your video makes me feel like I’m playing cards against Luigi. 10/10
Welcome to the bigtime dude, the algorithm has snatched this one up.
Great video! Never knew about this game but it reminds me of my childhood obsession with metroid prime hunters on the DS
Finish the fight and cover dark of the moon
need that movie concept video. this is one of my new favorite channels just on the quality of these DS videos alone, cant wait to see whatever you make
This video game in some really great timing, since I just finished watching your videos on the first 2 games, wow. This is great content, and I was hoping you'd cover the 2 ROTF's (and maybe even WFC and DOTM), and good to see it is happening (at least part of it). Keep up the great work man!
DoTM is awesome
I literally just finished the first one and you are telling me you just dropped this today??? Zamn bro.
What great timing, I literally just watched and subscribed because of the first TF Decepticons video! Great stuff!
sameee
This is only the third video of yours that I've seen and I already wanna hear your Megatron fanfic. Ride the algorithm bro
Man I remember me and my big brother playing the autobot version on DS back in the day. We loved the game after bitching about it being impossibly hard since we couldn’t make it past the first level. After like two hours we realized that you can move and shoot at the same time… we were idiots
The starscream intro voice scared the shit out of me when I first played it
These videos were a great trip down memory lane makes me wanna replay them. Thanks mate
man the fallen is actually kinda of a good boss
he give you a PROMOTION
God I loved this game so much as a kid. I liked the music and l was totally obsessed with Transformers, especially how Soundwave sounded like he did in G1 unlike the movie.
I played both the first Autobots and Decepticons games, along with the sequels, back when my DS wasn't split in half. It says a lot about the sequel when "wait I don't remember that" was the only thing I can say while watching this video. It's forgettable at best.
Meanwhile, your videos on the first games brought back some real good memories.
This game is a repressed memory i remember playing it so much i loved the guy on roller skates? I loved making my own decepticon and be a transformer. I was really inro transformers at that time and i knew i wouldnt hold up to time but still the best memories of this game back in the day.
I’d absolutely love to see your idea of a Megatron movie brought to life
That is some incredible timing! I only just watched your two Transformers DS videos yesterday!
Lol I'm glad that I got the console version of these games. I knew the DS version of ROTF was bad but not this bad. The 1st DS Bayformer game was so good.
I was literally wondering here if you were gonna make a video about the sequels and here ya go, reading my mind. Earned yourself a subscriber my friend!
Me and my brother had al these ds games. These were the most fun. Im glad i had someone to play with growing up.
I found the autobots version on the streets and it was amazing imo
the fact starscream sounds more intimidating than the decepticon leader himself is wild
Wait holon... How TF are your vids averaging under 1000 viewers??? You deserve way more. You've earned +1 subscriber ✌🏽
I felt the same way on 11:35, man. It's just so fbcking awkward disarming the bomb as the bad guys that was planted by the good guys
This was the first ds game I ever played and I gotta tell you, your assessment about the quality is correct...
Dark of the moon for the DS must be next, fond memories as a kid, I doubt they would be if I replayed it today tho
The fact they made Starscream's voice closer to the first _movie_ and not his later movie appearance or the first, more G1-style voice from the first game, is such a misstep.
I really hope there’s more of these I played both autobot and deception games for the 3 movies and war for cybertron when they came out. Love seeing this after all these years.
Starscream’s laugh at the end of the game is honestly my favorite part of the game lmao
I never thought of it as a kid when I played this, but I have no idea how starscream survived that first fight against Optimus. I remember trying to break through the purple wall in an attempt to try and assist starscream, thinking that you could help starscream kick OP’s ass.
Roni uploaded its a great day
Man I remember playing this to death back when I was a kid. I really enjoyed it. Except for them hard challenges you had to do. I think at one point you play as sideways and you gotta get like 50 energon cubes in 1:00 and it’s a pain !
God I HATED that one
I bought the first 2 games because of your videos. Thank you for reminding me that these games exist.
I'd absolutely love to see a video about that movie idea you had
I loved this game because it was the first TF game I ever played but I never knew that this was a series as a kid. It blew my mind hearing that the first game has free roam.
As of now of this comment, I’ve figured out how to emulate DS games on my IOS, so I’m gonna download the first game, likely the decepticon version. I’m gonna love that game once I get it.
It’s kinda funny how intense the music is in the map portion of the game. When there’s the dialogue of the deceptions then it cuts to the first mission and him explaining it j was like “holy shit I forgot how intense the music was lol”
Just finished the other 2 reviews, great timing
I'd be down for that movie video
Great video. I juat watched your other 2 transformers videos amd they were very well made. I love the passion you have for those games. Could really tell how much you loved those games.
My man is just revisiting my childhood
You need to cover the war for cybertron games next. They’re the best imo
It always fucked with me how Grindor has the same voice actor as Megatron in the War For Cybertron game.
this game was my literally entire childhood
