Charles Daly 601 Semi Auto with Broken Locking Block. Jamming priblem

I bought a Charles Daly 601, 12ga, 3in Semi Automatic Shotgun about 2 years ago. Suddenly it got jammed when used for trap shooting.
I found out the problem was from a broken locking block. I would like to share what I found on this video. I hope you don't have the same problem, but if you did, please share your experience and how you dealt with it on the comments below.

Is that the same one u unbox? because that has a stainless plate at the execution port and the wood is shiny....

Yes, it is the same one. I painted the wood with clear coat paint and the stainless steel is for the shells catcher. I used double tape for the stainless steel plate.
