18" for shotgun; 16" for rifles. would love to have seen a slideshow or video of the actual work.

    It’s 16 inches before it’s a sbr.

Unless it is in Eu area where it can be 11.9 inch and still be classed as normal
long gun. Same length with a shotgun barrels.

@@Kesssuli that’s cool I am obviously from the us and don’t know others laws but 11 inches is a shorty. That’s sweet we have to pay 200 bucks for a stamp to buy one 😂

@@HKGunPlay Barrels had to be least 300mm. For most applications that is too short.
Supressors are also treated like ammo. Your gun should have it if possible.
And can be obtained by having permit for anykind of firearm.
But very obvious drawbacks in this system is that every and i mean every
single firearm needs its own permit and application for one
in here cost 105e and two same time 160e.
So 200dollar stamp for multiuse supressor sounds bit nagging from
      our perspective.
Edit:Like in US where laws are bit different between states then of course there
are small differences between eu countries. Some countries doesn still
allow you to have supressors and if i have understood it correctly in
germany only hunters can have supressors in their guns.
In Finland there is no restrictions with supressors.

@@Kesssuli cool thanks for the info. Yea I live in a state that doesn’t have many restrictions besides the federal restrictions that govern the entire us. It’s really not that bad to be honest but paying for a stamp just to own something restricts access especially for less fortunate people. Even though sbr s and suppressors aren’t requirements for firearms it’s still good to have especially for sound reduction. The only reason I got a suppressor is so my wife and kids will shoot with me and won’t be scared of the super loud bang. Firearms safety and training should be in school. We could save a lot of lives from accidents especially committed by children

@@HKGunPlay In here if want sporting related guns you need show proof that you are active shooter by club membership or active reservist. And for unrestricted mags and pistols you need be have passed shooters test to qualife as safe gunowner.
Safety should always be number 1. priority when handling firearms. Cant hurt to teach that in early as possible.
But yes cant deny how nice it is to have supressors to have bit more conformt in range and hunt.
Specially indoor ranges are very loud whitout them. Nice bonus from reduced recoil and muzzle flash.
