I really enjoyed this Q&A! Plini’s music is truly one of a kind in my opinion. I’ve been dissecting music and arrangements since my preteens circa late 1980’s and Plini’s natural ability to write an end product which is insanely complex/layered while still retaining such easy listening (because he includes such simple yet perfect melodies to soften the prog) is brilliant. A classic example is at 12:06 where he isolates the separate instrumental tracks and you hear the lovely yet simple melody with delay and then you hear the utter heavy prog feast going on the n the rhythm section. Just awesome stuff!
Thank you so much for uploading this - Amazing insight into Plini's mind and process - Awesome stuff!!
Loved this Plinic
