Magnificent home. Fantastic renovation. Love the use of black with pops of vivid color in paintings. Love the kitchen even though I'm a fan of grey. The black with wood accents is a beautiful combination. What a great space for cooking.!

It must be nice to design homes in warmer climates where you don't have to account for thermal breaks and double-pane insulated glazing like we do in NA. Great home design!
To comply with the building code in New Zealand it would need to have double glazing. With high humidity our climate is more Seattle than Southern California
