Wenn es um 17.15 Uhr in Deutschland dunkel ist, dann wegen der Winterzeit und nicht wegen der Sommerzeit. Die Winterzeit wird auch als Normalzeit bezeichnet. Wenn man also die Zeitumstellung abschaffen würde, wäre es auch im Sommer schon früher dunkel.
