lol, the first 5 minutes I was like how is he a true junior and 23 already.
Took AR in a Superflex IDP league last years draft at the 1.01 and I received so much criticism but, I considered the rushing upside as well as the how the NFL views RB’s and couldn’t justify taking Bijan Robinson.
Still feel great about the decision going forward and a video like this makes me feel good about taking AR a year later.
Yup AR playing 6 quarters of football and being worth more than any QB in last years class makes me have Caleb at 1 currently

I think it's close enough that team composition could dictate taking MHJ over Caleb Williams. If you're built to win now, MHJ is much more likely to help you win a championship in the next few years and would still hold long term value because he's a receiver. You just have to acknowledge that you're likely passing up some raw value by not drafting the QB who can skyrocket in value.

I’m in a Superflex and have the 1.01 and 1.03.
Probably taking Harrison at 1 and whatever QB is avail at 3 but we’ll see how the draft changes things.

@@Dynastyflockit’s a good point and will def consider changing if landing spots are a factor.
But Harrison Jr. seems like he’ll be a lock wherever he goes vs the QB’s who are variable (for example, if Caleb goes to the bears, I’m not taking him since I do not trust that organization.)
Even if he goes to the patriots, he would be in the AFC East where all you need just a decent QB to dominate (see Garrett Wilson when he didn’t have Zach Wilson).
@@respect386even as a Packer fan, I'm prepared to say that whatever QB comes to the bears next will be set up better than their last ten QBs. DJ Moore plus an Odunze type weapon, an improving line...I think they should use Fields value to go get some even more OL help. Williams could come into a solid set up.
@@respect386 landing spot shouldn't change that choice at all. There is no world where Harrison's landing spot is going to make Nabers a better pick. You obviously take Harrison 1.01, QB value has a higher upside sure but maye easily could be better in NFL then Williams. Anyone saying otherwise are the same ppl that drafted Stroud as QB3 last year. Harrison+Maye > Nabers+Williams. The real play is if you know 1.02 is going to go QB if you take Williams and can get Harrison+Williams, but that's a gamble I would go with your original plan.

Hey guys I need some help. I have the 1.02 and 1.03. I am probably taking MHJ with one of those picks, but who should I take at QB? Drake Maye and Daniels are likely going to be the options. Should I take a QB or trade down for Nix or Penix? Let me know what you guys think i just want some feedback on this.
All depends on landing spot and new coaching staff on Pats/Commanders. Daniels appears to have the rushing edge

1 qb league. I have herb, rich, watson, gibbs, jt, chase, london, mcbride. Have 1,2,4,6,8,9 in 1st. Taking MHj then nabers, let rome or bowers go next. Take whoever is left at 4. Hope to grab either williams or daniels at 6, then rbs at 8 and 9.

You shouldn't draft a qb # 1 in an 8 team league, except the top 5 or so theyre severely devalued. Take whoever falls at 5 or 7. And stop taking guys with obvious glaring issues (injury, time away, old and small). Id try to trade Watson and 1.05 to move up to #3 and get a second or #20ish WR. Take Marvin and Maye or Caleb. Then the last of the top 7 guys at 7.
I've got picks 2, 3 and 6 so I'm hoping Caleb goes first and then ill scoop up MHJ and then not sure who with 3. I'll probably blow all 3 picks

What about 10-team SF compared to 12-team SF? Is the QB position still more valuable than WR?
Number of total starters and number of startable assests is what changes the value of positions. Example in a 10 tm start 12 (120 total starters) where the high end WR and RBs offer more WaR(wins above replacement), the reason is b.c QB only equals about 15% of your lineup. If you compare that to a 12 tm start 8(96 total starters) the QBs give the most WaR b.c they make up 25% of your starters. Both total number of starters across league and total roster starts influence value. the more league starters you add the more value there is in the middle of all positions. You should include as much context on league settings as possible if you want the best advice.

Harrison going to Chicago itself is a horrible situation, playing behind DJ Moore, Alongside Kmet and having Fields horrible Passing Volume. Can't imagine that panning too well for him there
Behind Moore? He would be the WR1 lol. Cole kmet isn’t a threat. And when your drafting a wr that high, you are going to use him lol. Fields will give him the ball

Ive been playing fantasy football since 1998 (and watching football n playing the video games) when all the top receivers were playing. Kool story, one of the best fantasy sports players i know got the tenth pick in our fantasy football draft and picked Bruce, Harrison from that pick. Which was crazy for the meta of the day.
Another story. Somoene took Reggie Wayne as a prospect in the keeper league i am still in and he took years to get going enough to be a fantasy starter so to see him on the list of most receiving yards is crazy

I think I it’s case by case depending how your team is built. If you have two solid qbs Mhj it is. If you don’t and your rebuilding it’s probably Williams.
