Great Video, Awesome Detail. Thanks for taking your time and Creating this. I have 2 Questions, can the lifters and rocker arms be replaced without removing the heads? it Appears so, i just want to be sure. Also if I remove the heads, do i just replace with same heads or do i send to a machine shop 1st? Thank You Again.
Fabulous again; I cannot wait to follow your next project....

Rocker arms and lifters can be changed without taking heads off. If heads are straight and mating surfaces are good no need to use a shop.
The timing details I’m sure are in the manual. Which one do you use?
I had new timing sprockets which had good markings. Factory manual is helpful if you have access to it
