DIY Garden Table: Crafting a Wood and Metal Outdoor Table

I continued working on my project, which I call "garden furniture." In today’s video, I focused on making a garden table. This time, I was lucky because I didn’t have to buy any new materials for the build. Everything I needed was already available around our house.
The steel for the table frame came from an old tarp holder from a truck, which was no longer in use. It was strong and durable, making it perfect for this project. The wooden planks I used for the tabletop were long forgotten in the attic, abandoned for years. Thankfully, the wood was in great condition and hadn’t been attacked by woodworms, which made it ideal for a new life as part of the garden table.
Reusing these materials not only saved me money but also gave the table a unique character. Combining the industrial feel of repurposed steel with the warmth of aged wood created a piece that is both practical and visually appealing for any garden setting. I hope this project inspires others to look around their homes and see the potential in materials that might otherwise be overlooked!
