Take a bow that man. Skills there that few can achieve. ❤
Molto bravo veramente. Ti sto seguendo nei tuoi vari lavori e vorrei essere vicino a te per imparare. Spesso ti vedo con un bambino, devi essere bravo anche come nonno. Mario from Itali ❤
Grazie per il tuo mi piace. A mio nipote piacciono i giocattoli che ho realizzato e anche io sono molto interessato a loro. Ti auguro una vita felice, Amu dalla Cina.
I don't know if you're the best craftsman in the world, but you put on a heck of a show. Much love and respect. (And it's good to see you well.)
I admire Grandpa's fitness, skill and creativity.

Made with a few power tools !!! Incredible !! Awesome job !!
Unbelievable skills!
Your table is fantastic, both in appearance and function. Great project and carpentry skills.
Thanks
A true craftsman.
Grandpa Amu!! Congratulations on your workshop!!! It looks amazing, all your tools at the ready!! Wonderful bench, your craftsmanship for working with wood is absolutely astounding. Keep up the great work, my family and I enjoy watching your talented hands working so hard to craft something functional and built to last.
Thank you for what you do!
You are a global treasure and inspiration.
I would like to have that as a table in my home !
very good job done excellent
this guy can build better furniture than some of the youtube "Pro's" with a hammer and a rusty fork.
There is no such thing as scrap wood !! One man's junk is another man's treasure !!
That’s the kind of table I would love to have…strong, hand crafted and well built!
I did one similar using fence posts but with a kitchen laminate top and a sheet of MDF.
Thank you so much for sharing. Thanks god from time to time we come across such genuine masters. They remind us what the pure art is. I enjoyed watching this video
That is a beautiful bench.
To make this workbench from waste wood with minimal tools is an achievement in itself. In particular, no saw table, no planing bench, everything with hand tools
Thanks for liking it. Traditional Chinese carpentry
No glue, no nails, no fine tune chiselling, looks easy, but few people can do it. What a master!!!
There definitely was glue though.....
😁😁
great work
The master at work. Young in body, wise in mind.
Very nice.
If only most things in China was made like this!
Most things would be if Amu made them.
Beautiful work .....
I like the saw bench with the simple plane stop. Very simple and very effective.
Gosh, I’m so guilty because I had been spoiling and watch this video and now I’m spoiled! So admire your talent with patience dedication and passion creatively. You’re master highly respect.
Extremely impressive! I admire your skills.

WOW!! A SUPER DUTY WORK BENCH!! LOVE IT!! CAN PUT ANY PROJECT ON THIS BEAUTIFUL WORKBENCH!!
A VISE WILL HELP SAVR TIME AND MAKE IT EASY AND STRONG FOR GLUING AND HOLD WOOD IN PLACE.
GREAT VIDEO!! GREAT IDEA AND USE OF WOOD!! THE SPLINES, ON UNDERSIDE MAKES IT VERY STRAIGHT!!
This man is amazing.
Well done, sir.
That's a table many of us long for! And what makes that especially true is that it's made from wood being given a second use. Amazing!
Sehr nice - grossen Respekt
Skill, patience, experience and the ritual of making. Just how lovely is this
Very cool !!
😁😁😁
Pozdrawiam Mistrzu
Титаническая работа. Уважение мастеру! Здорово и надежно получилось.
A bench fit for the Master Carpenter that made it!

I really like the workshop as well. Thank you for letting us see the inside of the workshop.
“I made a table that is strong!” pound pound pound 😀
Thank you for liking
Master peace
WOW! That is a work of art! Beautiful workbench!
good work!!!!!, thank for your contribution.... greetings 👍👍👍👌💪
Beautiful. Useful. Strong.
Grandpa Amu and his new table 💖
Espectacular
No saw curf on a six foot rip cut. Never see that before.
I think you've never sawn a log in your life. Why would you see a saw kerf when the camera view was perpendicular to the saw blade? The only people who could see the kerf was the people cutting it, because they were in the same plane as the the cutting edge. The camera wasn't. And was it a standard logging blade? When sharp, no saw marks.
Impressionante a habilidade e a precisão desse artista!
Very nice work.😊
thanks
Very nice indeed.

Parabéns pelo belo trabalho, és um mestre. Brasil
Hermoso trabajo, saludos desde Argentina.
I like the dovetailed reinforcements on the underside. Nice job.
Real good job without any power tools....
I want a world where “scrap” wood comes in perfectly straight 4x4’s and 4x10’s….
Brilliant😎
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Impressive skills
Beautiful job wise man!
Extraordinary skill, strength and stamina to make this table by hand. How many days did it take to make?
Awesome job ✊
👍🏴

Piękna robota
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👊🏾!!!
Genio !!
Used electric drill, why not also use electric saw?
Super ❤❤❤
❤❤❤
Sorry but... Why You did it outside, on the sand if You have much better conditions indoor?
I guess an electric saw wasn't in Grandpa's budget.
Why is it so wide? Also, are your saw blades made by a blacksmith? If so, would it be possible for you to show us that process?
Clapi-pěkná práce!Z jakého druhu dřeva jste to vyráběli?
Poorly titled video. I had no idea that this woodworker was building a workbench. Mention "workbench" and you will many more viewers. I would love to see his (your?) philosophy of benches. What kind of wood was it made from? What were your work holding requirements? Would it help to have the legs in the same plane as the top? Was there not a frame saw or bandsaw powered by water or electrical motor near your home to do the laborious work of breaking down and milling the stock? In any case, many thanks for posting this. Beautiful work. John Q.
Thank you for your suggestion, I will change the title immediately
Your a GENIUS I BET AND WELL TRAVELLED and BRAINEY.
This demonstrates that power tools are NOT required to produce good work. One should always master hand tools before using power tools. Your hands have the skill, not the tools.
Good god this dude is a genius.. some of his designs are admittedly a tad over engineered but that’s also what separates him from the countless other channels in the category.. I’ve got stacks of notebooks with designs ideas for jigs and tools and such so most similar uploads I watch, though enjoyable, very rarely leave me with new ideas.. definitely different configurations or uses of ideas but rarely new… but on a very regular basis I’ll see something uploaded by this dude that just makes me pause and think.. sorting through my archives for old designs that may benefit by incorporating things, and/or picturing all the jigs and such that I now have to replace….
I guess this is just a long winded way of expressing my appreciation and respect for this channel.. in a genre that tends to feel a bit stale and repetitive, you sir stand apart..
Where is festool, fancy jigs, table saw, and etc? I thought those tools can create great products
I don't use that many tools
@@GrandpaAmu-WoodArtist I know I was being facetious.
Your a GENIUS I BET AND WELL TRAVELLED.
Да ни фига ты ручным фуганком не выровняешь брус для склейки щита!
Yes there is, it's called skill.
TH-cam is forbidden in China. How is possible for Amu still keep posting on TH-cam?
Is it banned in Hong Kong?
Good job
Only after decades of experience can someone make mortise and tenon by hand and eye successfully fit . Grandpa Amu what type of wood is the bench made of ?
I'm guessing this is not his official channel, just someone leeching views.
I’d rather work smart than hard. Life is too short
what a stupid and misleading title !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the woodworker world those don't qualify as scrap...not by far... the work on the other hand, very nice.
