Here are my 10 extra tips to INCREASE your daily manifestations that I’ve learned over the years..👇🏾
    1. Practice gratitude every morning. When you wake up, list everything that you are grateful for and feel that gratitude in your core. Feel free to write things down in a journal so it is easy for you to remember.
    2. Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones. Every time you feel a negative thought coming on, make a positive spin on it right away.
    3. Take ownership for things that happen in your life. It's easy to blame others however you will feel much better when you realize that most issues stem from us.
    4. ALWAYS believe that good things are about to happen. By being open to new possibilities you are inviting abundance into your life.
    5. Remember that like attracts like so you get back whatever you put out, whether it is good or bad. So do good AND received good.
    6. Meditate for five minutes a day. During this time focus on how you want your life to be; but place your focus on how you feel AND feel that feeling as if you have already accomplished those goals.
    7. Step outside of your comfort zone. Stop playing it safe and make that decision to finally go for your dreams.
    8. Focus on activities that make you feel truly happy. When you are truly happy you have the best vibrational frequency to manifest your desires.
    9. Avoid the naysayers and surround yourself with people who only lift you higher. Downers will be downers, don't let them drag you into their misery.
    10. Don't be afraid to dream and know that you are always supported by the universe.
    Hope this helps!
    - Your Friendly Neighborhood Coach ❤

For someone who has trouble sleeping, reading is the way to go. Instead of me spending time scrolling through instagram/tiktok before bed, i now prefer to set my alarm, put the phone away and just read a book, no audiobooks!!! Simply reading anything from short stories or a few pages of a novel, anything on paper really, And i fall asleep and wake up refreshed more than ever

The book I'd recommend is Dune by Frank Herbert, it's fiction but it has so many great quotes and covers almost every topic that has to do with humanity, being human and how the world works, things like dealing with pain, and fear, controlling your emotions, preserving the environment, how to be a great leader, how to learn, grow, adapt, etc... There is so much wisdom in this book, totally worth a read, and with the movie adaptation coming out in literally 3 days, you'll have an extrinsic motivation and reward

Hey YOU, incredible person reading this...The truth is you are confident and good enough already with who you are, where you are at and what you have right now to have the success you want in life. I agree with reading a really good book multiple times, absorbing, and applying everything that you can. It truly makes all the difference in the world in your life....even at different stages of your life or years later. I always find something new each time I read a really good book I own not everything is applicable when you first buy a book. The ones you don't end up liking give them to a library or trade online for one you would like to read. I own the Natural Cures, it's been around a long time. I may need to loan it to my sister who has skin cancer due to a tanning bed because they have her worried about being in the sun. I don't even recall that being in this book so maybe I need to reread it myself.

I recommend this book: How to Read Books by Mortimer J.
I love it because it's about great scientific technique used by many scholars to read books, analyze them and gain insights when building a mosaic of information that will give you the true depth of the subject you're reading about. Give it a go, you don't necessarily need to pay for it (another excuse to not read books "I don't have money for it". Bullocks. Education is free or costs next to nothing, so go and get it.

It improves your cognitive capabilities like memory, vocabulary , talkative skills, concentration, and so more...I also recommend reading in many languages. I wish many vlogers read a lot though since many of their videos are lacking of content. I recomemd reading The chess player by Stephan Zweig and The importance of doing nothing by Oscar Wilde.

The more you read, sometimes if the subjects aren't even similar talk to one another. Authors reference other authors or books and open up other avenues of expansion. I read physical books first thing in the morning and last thing before bed. In the day I listen to about two hours of audio books while I'm doing something else.

Only problem of mine while reading is Vocabulary, I forgot meaning of words after finishing chapter or book, so after taking another book i don't remember those words and again had to find meaning which consumes much time and distractes me while reading.

I'm not (yet) an avid reader myself. But for future Aluxers I suggest them the book thief of Markus Zusak.
Also, also want to create a novel for my people and myself. Dream and make on Aluxers. Great vid.

One thing I love the most from Alux is that the voice of the presenter wow nice and amazing to hear. She makes me listening to her programmes several times without realizing it my self. What is the secret of your voice dear?

Despite how much I love technology, there are some realities that can not be replaced
    1. Reading a book, can do take you to a different world in which you can agree or disagree with the story.
    2. Writing a letter by hand, you feel the words written by the person.

I don't really read non fiction as much but my favourite by far is How To Win Friend and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.
In fiction, I read a lot but I'll recommend only a few: Six of Crows duology, It's Kind of A Funny Story and stuff like that

I used to be a lazy reader, read maybe two books or three a year, but now I'm reading more since the concept of self development was introduced to me by Jim Rohn and Les Brown and Alux of course. The book that change and I would recommend is " Self Matters" by Dr Phil Mcgraw, this book changed my self concept I highly recommend it
