My goal is about “perfecting” not “replacing”. So the perfect day method is a great idea but I want to do the perfect week instead. In my perfect week I’ll read a good book, spend time with the people I love, explore my spirituality, enhance my financial position, and try one new thing. Because my day frequently contains obligations outside of my control, using the week gives me more flexibility to work around those obligations.

1. For me, after I wake up, after hydration & meds, I IMMEDIATELY hit the shower.
2. Next, I hit the home gym.
3. Next, coffee & cool-down.
4. I also only eat every other day.
5. I do Alternate Day Fasting (ADF)
6. ALL works for me! 💪

I would suggest you cut out all fast food, and here is a experiment you can carry out to prove how dangerous this food effects you.
If you can cut fast food out for a whole six weeks .
After this period of time , have any fast food meal, within hour ,you will have nausea , and suffer from apathy.

4. The best eating regimen is the one you can keep to.

9. Carbs: Oatmeal, Chia Seeds, Whole Grains, Red Lentil Pasta, Wild Rice, Quinoa.
10. Vegetables: ALL Greens, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Yams, Sauerkraut, Green Beans, Peas, Root, etc.
11. And I LOVE cast-iron cooking!

As I was ending 2021, I came across Alux, and these guys literally changed my life. I started a paper bag business and worked with several people... I actually entered 2022 when I was flying.
But it was until around February when I met scammers. They shattered my business and now I am slowly paying debts.

I'm not an artist, but I'm certain that AI art cause more harm than good. Instead of focusing on improving technologies that would improve everyone's lives, like organ printing for example, it only helps some people while hurting others, not to mention that it can be use like people fear deepfake might be used.
Alux, Ai art is and can be harmful depending on how it's used and yes some programs are helpful but it's the fact that it takes away hard work and then re writes it practically copying it in some cases.
Stealing away people's art without permission from the artists themselves to use it to make a profit off of other artists. You made a comment about a bigger issue without truly educating urself on the issues it creates and how it effects not only the artist community but other creative communities including writing ones.
Before you make such a comment on someone's stance please try to read multiple sides. Afterall blindly going towards the future and advancement of society may sound good. But it's never good if the advancement is accepted so easily rules must be placed and regulations and moralities are a big part of our world for a reason.
