It finally feels great to not let all of you down when it came to a large project. And I'm proud that everyone now can see a story I created. Now I know that there are a lot of problems with this animation. Certain lighting issues, way too much echo for audio, lot's of audio cutoffs, etc. And I definitely agree that certain things are kinda annoying here and there, but I guess for a 1st project it works in a way. It’s really great to see this in it’s complete form. The cinematography, choreography and sound design is immaculate. I know it’s the bare minimum to make a shootout engaging but man you really knocked it out the park! Best of luck for bigger and more ambitious projects!

hmm one critic i can give is that, unless you plan on making the "intruder" a super solider, make him get hurt more so he is more relatable also give him some heavy breathing after intense combat. makes him more human.

I feel like there needs to be a team of these unofficial TF2 characters (The Deathmatch Mercenary, the Henchman, Agent Gunn, the Janitor, and now the Intruder) that work behind the scenes in the TF2 universe and the mercs have no idea about them, because these fan designs for TF2 classes/characters I'm seeing are impressive.
Great animation, good scripting, boundless potential. Only rough patch was the audio, which is to be fair one of the hardest parts. I might recommend giving more characters helmets/masks to explain the metallic echoing of the dialogue. Otherwise, great work! Keep it up!
There will be more behind the reason why some are with just their regular hats meanwhile others have helmets. Part 2 is definitely gonna tell you about it in some way

Love how they use every conceivable gun Just some ideas, try working on easing in and out, especially with melees and movement. Also maybe try making the deaths initially snappier, when headshoted a quick head snap back, followed by a slower fall to the ground. Great animation man!

it feels like hunk from resivent evil 2 i'll say everything that i find quite bad and all the good for the good, the gun and all that's with it is great i am bad at english so i prefer to not elaborate, but you know what i am talking about for example 3:41 this can happen when a gun isn't uh..clean ..i hope its the right word for explaining it the animation feels really soft, the dedication is good, it feels like a quite good story line and the main character presentation don't feels like he has complete god mode even tho he wasn't shot once..which could be okay but the time for example we're he wanted to use his radio and the shotgun guy shoot 6:29 it really feels like he would have shot him at last even just a scratch remember also that gun make so much fkin noice, yet its also true that made a sfm with only those ennemy random jpeg guy scream would be annoying yet for the bad only 2 character, and one guy for the voice line is very womp womp they don't feels like really human, like it feels more for the scenario of a scene, try to make some line with em and think "would that be legit if this story was real" even tho the beggining was quite oke 1:18 a little bug on sound :( 1:30 i never had done animation and i know the suffering of walking animation, yet its a strange thing to say but film yourself walking with shoes, like really, it help making you imagine how they could walk animation is the same as any artist, its mostly imagination to creat something out of it 1:41 to 1:46 is good, like really, smooth even the eyes, it feels human, cool to see those little thing 2:32 really feels like a movie stereotype they could see him from a mile away so maybe he came from upside..but then why no sound, im just over complicating things, from a standpoint of badass entry its great anyway music is good too just minor fact and need more sprite here and there :> you did good, be proud of yourself for making that sfm
