hello i have seen your video on reverse flow thank you for your video lessons ……. Im finding reverse flow hard dont know what im doing wrong, are there any other tips that could help me
The most common problem that I see are two fold. (1) One stick must rest on the shoulder as in the beginning of the drill; (2) the first move must go under the other arm. See 0:29. Most often, that's where folks get tied up.
Thank you so much. From Philippines 🇵🇭
Thanks so much for stopping by and watching the video! :-)
Short and sweet.
And you're Canadian too? I'll check out your other videos. Thanks. Fmacanada.ca

What problems are you running into with this drill?
Can’t figure out why I can’t get it right it’s like I keep getting tied up in knots this should be simple ...... but I’m just not getting it

why did our PE instructor do some over head something. this is so frustrating. don't know what to actually follow.
Different styles do the same drill differently. It's quite common to see this phenomenon in FMAs. Hang in there!
