Ich verwende Zirbe und kaufe es hauptsächlich in einem Sägewerk.
Ich lass das Holz dann in einer Tischlerei anhobeln und verleime dann das Holz selbst.

Thank you! Mostly I use pinus cembra (Zirbe, Stone pine). It grows in the alps where I live. Sometimes I also use limewood (Linde).

Welche werkzeuge kann icg benutzen um meine masken auszuhölen?
Hab keine geeigneten maschienen... gibts bestimmte meisel dafür?

Das Aushöhlen kann auch mit einem goßen Bohrer gemacht werden.
Notfalls kann man den Hohlraum einfach herrausschnitzen (mit gekröpften Hohleisen) , dauert aber sehr lange.
Als ich noch keine Werkzeuge hatte, habe ich einfach einen anderen Bildhauer gefragt.
