You forgot to clamp the angle adjust before sharpening. I’ve had one for a couple of years now. Love it. Also got some pro edge blanks for sticking lapping film to for polished edge.
This looks like a great sharpening system….!!! I’ve always sharpened free hand and actually enjoy it… However I’ve recently been thinking about investing in some kind of guided sharpening system…. Just for speed and convenience…. This definitely looks like something to consider….! And easier to set up than a tent in Wales….!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Fantastic review…!!! Cheers Slippy..,😎❤️👊🏻
I think the TSPROF sharpeners seem to be about the best build quality of all the different brands, but they are very expensive. The only knives i sharpen are traditional pocket knives so I was glad to see you use it on a traditional. The only thing i saw that kind of alarmed me or concerned me was the that the arm-clamp-knife seem to flex up and down as you brought the stone across the blade. That surpised me. Thanks for the video.
Hi. Would it work on a Scandi Grind bushcraft knife? Regarding protecting the clamps from scratching, I recommend (20mm wide) Kapton tape. Hard wearing, thin and high friction.
Work Sharp has come out with a similar sharper called the work Sharp Pro that comes with the meter for metering the degree encoded with the kit for about $250.00. Maybe do a comparison between the two, at least replacement stones are more easily accessible. And with their stones you can get higher grit stones.
If I wanted to sharpen a pocket knife with small blades, could I do it with one of those clamps removed, or do I need to get a separate clamp? I'm about to purchase this same sharpener. Your thoughts after using it now for a few weeks?

😂We’ll being a Russian product might pose a problem if you need to replace parts. Also can you use stones made in the USA for replacement?
As long as they are a similar size, definitely
If he is refraining from talking here, I would really, really hate to watch a video in which he talked.

@namelesske Nice, Hungary's Victor Orban is Based AF.. Your lucky to have the best leader in Europe.
Well, I'm not sure about that lol. I prefer the FSB outside, and the country in the EU.
