Great collection of classical. I have been picking up quite a few classicals at opshops...I think there are a lot of younger people out there whose parents and grandparents are dying off and they don't want the classics so they are ending up at opshops. Recognise a lot of those Elvis books!
@@BeAGoodDoga there is a lot of stuff I pick up and put back. Some of the stuff on the floor was bought earlier this year. For months I didn’t show any music DVDs 🙂. I was very excited about the AC/DC find.
You have inspired me to get a move on and sort out my CDs and DVDs. I only have one cabinet of drawers with both CDs and DVDs in but they need to be sorted out and catalogued. Love your Elvis photos, gotta make room for him!
Thanks Gina. I organised it from the very beginning when I moved into this house. So it was quite easy to continue with it. But I’m always shuffling things around and purging. 🙂
Houses or rooms.... ha ha... the more room you have the more ya buy... believe me on that. Im getting a sound proof nite club being built with professional shelving from floor to ceiling and hopefully a Saturday night fever dance floor 🎉@BeAGoodDoga
I'm in the same situation as you. These CDs permanently stay in these boxes and occasionally I sell some of them. Luckily I still do have some bedroom space.
I wish I had a room just for storing physical media. I've already filled all the space in my bedroom and all the rest of my CDs are stored in about 12 plastic tubs with lids, so they can be stacked. I've been trying to step over to listening to as much music as possible on Apple Music which is supposed to be lossless but I'm not sure if it is. CDs and CD rips still sound better on the same set-up. Also, I bought some 'lossless' tracks on Qobuz recently and when I analyzed them in Spek, I could see they weren't lossless despite being FLAC files.
@@octavovisitare3439 nice to hear from you again Chris. Hope you are doing well. Maybe buy some bookcases and move the CDs into the main living room. 🙂
@@BeatUpRecordsCDs My living room's worse than my bedroom, only it's not CDs but other random stuff lol I need an actual house rather than a flat/apartment. But then I'd probably just buy more stuff to fill that up too haha
Looks like a full-time job to keep all of this in order!
It keeps me occupied while I listen to my CDs. No wonder I have no time to watch tv. Hope you’re doing well Steve. 🙂

@@BeatUpRecordsCDs well I’m hoping that’s a good one. As you know by now; anything AC/DC related is a must have!😁😁😁😁
@@BeAGoodDoga I didn’t have Powerage and fly on the wall. Just to name a few.
@@BeatUpRecordsCDs okay.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Good job!! Making more space can be a daunting task! So much cool stuff!
Definitely! Moving CD collections around and cleaning dust off shelves all takes time. Not to mention adjusting shelves to suit.

Wow. U just need a bigger house... u need just one room alone for everything Elvis..... 😊
More like 2!😂😂😂😂
Fortunately I don’t collect memorabilia. Most of those picture frames were from an old calendar cut up and framed.

John, you have quite a classical collection. I need more shelving, I don’t have enough wall space. Good job keep it up.

Nice job reorganizing, it's alot of hard work keeping it all organized in some kind of order. Hats off to all your hard work. 🤘🇺🇸🤘
Thank you so much Kerry. 😊. Its always evolving, and always upgrading CD quality. I started off buying any condition of disc just to have it.
Great collection of music nice job with the organization 👌
Thank you very much Jack. It's always changing. Ideally I want to get narrower shelving, thats all uniform in size (maybe one day)
