I have been to Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and South Korea this year and then came back to Shanghai. I’m really looking forward to the next trip to Japan and European countries.
Cool 👍 I was in Tokyo recently for 5 days. So different from China! I love the vending machines and I tried out 3 different capsule hotels. Navigating the subway and the different lines can be a nightmare though 😂 it’s such a cool city but also strange in so many ways with the mix of politeness and craziness of the insanely bright nightlife areas and maids everywhere 😂
@@middlekingdomproductions you pretty much summed up Tokyo, Adam 😂 crazy and chill at the same time. Completely different to China in the way people act and the streets not being overrun by scooters. Both interesting but very different!
When I traveled throughout Asia, I found three things unique to me: first, everyone was shorter than me, second, my haircut was different and third, my dimple in my chin! Asians revere education and always wanted to know everything about our Western culture. My favorite places were Tokyo, Taipei, and Hong Kong, because they were quiet, friendly, and mostly spoke English, especially the children! LOL Each generation spoke a different language, depending on who was in power at the time. I did have to get used to the crowds everywhere though. I enjoy your channel so much, it brings back so many wonderful memories for me! As you would say, "Thank you, thank you, thank you"!

I’m sure I’ve mentioned that before, I’ve already looked at cruises that leave out of California. that can get me to Tokyo and I know that there is a ferry from Tokyo to Korea so I just gotta also figure out how to get from Korea to China. I think Seattle and goes up to Alaska and then Yokohama I want to stay in Japan for a couple months and make my way over to Thailand, but I wanna hit a lot of countries in between since I have to go by boat, I definitely want to stay a lot longer like when I go to Europe next summer I’m trying to stay three or four months. That’s the plan anyways.
Yes, I DO check that "my gate is there." Then I go find a lounge until about 1/2 hour before boarding! Your inflight meal looked like the airline version of a Happy Meal! LOL

The noodle and fried dumplings just look nice and homely ! Japan adopted Chinese written language and slowly simplified to what they are today ! They are fish eaters and you will find marvelous sea food there !

After watching your cruise ship adventures I'm back to follow you in Japan. The only Asian country I wish I would be able to visit one day. Looks like the food prices are not as high as I thought, which is good. One thing: please find some time to go to your Playlists on your account and work on them because if someone doesn't know your channel well, there are only cruises on the playlist. This way you may lose new viewers because people look for videos from a specific country and to save time, they go directly to the Playlist. If they don't find e.g. Japan, which they won't, they leave. Get more organized the "Japanese way" and make a playlist for each of your trips by countries.🌍🌎🌏🗺
@@TravelWithBen121 u can really mingle with the locals while in the train since majority of the Japanese tend to keep to themselves during their train ride journey. But if u take the bus ride, you can enjoy the scenery :)
I'm chinese yet i have to admit that the japanese are a lot more well-disciplined than the chinese.they dont talk loudly in public transportation, or, they don't at all. and i like that.

Were you able to find a jacket that fit you? You look like you would be much taller than the average Japanese person in your videos, but I could be wrong. I’m of Chinese heritage and very short by American standards, and I think that even I would have trouble fitting into Asian sizes. I’m also starting to think that you are quite the gentleman as women in every country so far are beautiful. 😉
