I personally have not used Kaplan so I can't comment on that specifically, sorry! But I do have friends that highly recommend using Anki, Sketchy, Pathoma, Boards & Beyond and OnlineMedEd for USMLE studying. In terms of Qbanks, using UWorld is highly recommended!
