I say just focus on your lecture slides primarily, those are by far the most important. However, Anatomy and Pathology are the only subjects I'd say where you need a textbook to study from (use your lecture slides as a guidance when studying, though).
For anatomy, Gray's Anatomy for Students is my go-to. Moore's Clinically Oriented Anatomy is a close second, but I find it too overwhelming with information that medical students don't need to know. A lot of the information in it is useful for USMLE's, though, especially the clinical scenarios pages. But, for your university exams, not really important. Gray's Anatomy also has clinical scenarios but it isn't as detailed or complicated as Moore's is, because the book was intended for medical students and not applicants studying for an USMLE exam, so keep that in mind. Atlas has the best drawings but again, it's very detailed and a lot of the labeling you won't need to know for your exams.
For pathology, I'd say Robbin's Basic Pathology is the best one due to the fact that every medical student I know uses it, and my university itself recommends it. I haven't used any other books so please do more research on this before making a final decision
Finally, for the other subjects you really don't need a textbook, your lecture slides are far more than enough to pass your exams and score good grades (if you study well lol). For physiology, though, it wouldn't hurt to get Guyton and Hall's textbook. Sometimes, the lecture slides or the lecture itself isn't very easy to understand, so that's when the textbook would be of value. You don't necessarily need it but it could be useful for referencing or trying to understand a specific subject.

I use wikipedia all the time!! Its always accurate and only has the main useful info. Most of friends do the same too, barely anyone uses textbooks anymore, everything is more up to date and easily accessible on the web!
Some of my fave resources for first year were:
    Teach Me Anatomy
    The Noted Anatonist
    Armando Harsonugan
    Osmosis
    Ninja Nerd Medicine
    Mediconis Perfectionalis
    Ali Abdaal (of course!)🤓
