7 days or 8 days age Wheatgrass only best for juice or smoothie..we can use second time also after first harvest...2 harvests are better after that no use with that grass..better to grow it freshly again

Grass, ubiquitous yet often overlooked, serves as the verdant carpet of our landscapes, playing an indispensable role in ecosystems worldwide. Comprising numerous species, each with its unique characteristics, grasses collectively weave a tapestry of greenery across plains, meadows, and lawns. Their slender blades sway gently in the breeze, a dance choreographed by nature, while their roots anchor the soil, preventing erosion and promoting stability. Beyond their aesthetic appeal, grasses provide vital ecological functions, serving as food and habitat for countless organisms, from insects to mammals. They form the backbone of grazing ecosystems, sustaining livestock and wildlife alike. Additionally, grasses contribute to the earth's oxygen production and carbon sequestration, mitigating climate change impacts. Furthermore, grasslands act as natural filters, purifying water as it percolates through their root systems, thus safeguarding freshwater sources. Culturally, grass has woven itself into the fabric of human civilization, symbolizing leisure in manicured lawns, sportsmanship on playing fields, and sustenance in agricultural landscapes. From the wheat fields of the Great Plains to the savannas of Africa, grasses have shaped human history and continue to influence our relationship with the natural world. Despite their resilience, grasses face myriad threats, including habitat loss, invasive species, and climate change-induced disturbances. Conservation efforts aimed at preserving grassland ecosystems are thus paramount, ensuring the continued vitality of these invaluable green guardians of the earth.
In addition to their ecological and cultural significance, grasses also hold economic importance, contributing to industries ranging from agriculture to landscaping. Crops such as wheat, rice, corn, and barley are fundamental staples in global food production, providing sustenance for billions of people. Grasslands serve as prime grazing grounds for livestock, supporting the meat and dairy industries. Moreover, ornamental grasses enhance the beauty of gardens and parks, while turfgrass varieties create lush lawns for recreational and aesthetic purposes. The economic value of grass extends beyond tangible products, as it also fuels eco-tourism activities like safaris and wildlife viewing in natural grassland habitats.
Furthermore, grasses play a crucial role in soil health and fertility. Their extensive root systems improve soil structure, enhancing water infiltration and nutrient retention. Through a process known as rhizoremediation, certain grass species can even help mitigate soil pollution by absorbing contaminants and breaking them down. Grasslands also provide valuable ecosystem services such as carbon storage and sequestration, helping mitigate the impacts of climate change. As carbon dioxide levels rise in the atmosphere, grasslands act as carbon sinks, storing carbon in their biomass and soil organic matter. By protecting and restoring grassland ecosystems, we can harness their potential to mitigate climate change and enhance global food security.
In conclusion, grasses are more than just the green backdrop of our landscapes; they are dynamic and essential components of our planet's ecosystems, economies, and cultures. From providing habitat and food for wildlife to supporting agricultural livelihoods and sequestering carbon, grasses contribute in myriad ways to human well-being and environmental health. As stewards of the earth, it is imperative that we recognize and appreciate the importance of grasses and work towards their conservation and sustainable management for the benefit of present and future generations.

Top watering your grow is one of the fastest ways to Get mold. They make special trays (some with slots and some without) You set one inside the other. Lifting the Top (grow tray) and pouring a bit of water into the Bottom (empty) tray. Called Bottom watering. This helps prevent fungus and mold. Also, have proper air flow pointed at your crop. Doesn't need to be Blasting strong, just a gentle breeze or so. This will help keep the Surface soil Dry. Plus the plants seem to love the extra air and often grow better because of it.

If you buy your soil from another place, don't buy from there / name. Even if your soil is "red / does not look like soil", that "potted soil / compost" you used is hydrophobic. [The soil is afraid of water & also has "filler / junk" in the mix. They do this to scam people into the "buy more for less" idea.]
Does your outside soil look like that?!
