I used scissors to cut off the fully grown ones, and waited for the smaller/younger ones to grow out more. Instead of pulling and taking all of them at the same time. I got a higher yield that way.
@@carolburnett8372I don't cut the whole clump. I cut individual ones - only the big ones. And then leave the smaller ones to grow. I suspect, in this instance, they are mainly concerned about mass production. They only want alot of mushrooms within a small time frame (one day of picking after grow-out). It's usually a timed marketing thing.

Why does it seem to colonize faster (or at least fruit faster) when the spawn is put at the wall of the bag?

This is not a clear plastic trash bag but a clear plastic bag which is widely used by Asian people for various purposes with a size of around 18x35 cm or 20 x35 cm.
Man, what differs you from other youtube mushroom channels is you´re doing no desinfection and stuff in between. And look at the outcome. Amazing. Is it the climate?
