I think yoyoers should be chillin at skate parks with skaters. We both use bearings and axels, and we often perform (and land) better tricks than skaters. No offence to skaters (I am one) but yoyoing needs a proper "street" style. Like Tony Hawk.

You know what. I put a drop of butter in my shutter bearing and now it’s responsive. Butter is definitely not a good lube. You have been warn!

I received my Magicyoyo Silencer yesterday and ive learned my first new trick in years.
This was a hobby of mine in the 80's but i had never tried an unresponsive one.
After i bought a simple yoyo for my son a few weeks ago, the "virus" quickly caught me again.
I did run into limitations of my son's model so i went looking and learned about unresponsive yoyo's.
Now that bringing it back into my hand feels natural, i want to learn more. I have noticed, and correct me if i'm wrong; the more power is in it's spin, the more easy it works.
I think it's pretty amazing to see where this thing has gone.

I bought a standard shutter as my first non-responsive yoyo a few years ago. No upgrades. I’ve since bought about 7 other non-responsive and it’s still my favorite.

I like the Shutters, but you have to try a replay pro to really understand how good it is. It's not like any other plastic yoyo out there, and it's still the best cheap plastic all these years later. The first time you throw one, the feeling surprises you in such a good way.

I recently got the shutter wide angle and it plays really well and it's also easy to catch and land it on the string. The shape of the yoyo is also very nice to look at

I have 2 original shutters, 1 wide angle, and my wife ordered me the bimetal shutter. I want to throw it sooo bad but it's Christmas present. Lol Next is the icon and styling. Awesome lineup man!!!! Colorways are sick.

I've always been a G Squared yoyos guy. I have a Triton, Nessie, and Albatross (all discontinued). I also got a yoyofactory ONE as my first yoyo and I love it haha. Looking for a different vibe. Albatross is heavy, Nessie is light and floaty feeling, Triton is a nice middle ground. Love that yoyo.
In the 1980s and 1990s, there are some solid plastic and metal types that have smaller outer circle material and larger diameter inner circle material. Very good to destroy knuckles and wall paint and things... hitting force on the inner larger diameter...

omg i quit yoyoing in december 2016, i was yoyoing for 2-3 years and i remember the new fade shutter came out when i quit now i just want a cheap yoyo i can practice on and impress people and btw you should make a new version of the replay pro

I only own the WA Shutter tbf but it's an amazing throw thanks to its width and shape (it's the yoyo that helped me perform finger grinds for the first time).
I do own the Edge Beyond (which is my primary throw), Ko'olau Edge (which got me into yoyoing again after about 5 years of not doing it since my G5 just didn't work all too well) and Wedge from Evan as well tho.
I have been looking at getting the Bi-Metal Shutter as well but I can't afford it rn since I lost my job last month :\

Hi I want to ask about replay pro. After I opened it now the arrow icon is misaligned, is that okay? I tried to align it by open- close the yoyo like 4-5 times but still cannot get it. I’m afraid to break the rail inside if i try it again. Thanks in advance

Hey man, the replay pro has a tendency to do this. It has happens to both of mine, and it isn’t a problem at all. So, don’t worry about it as it doesn’t affect performance. Happy yo-yo man!
