Cruel and unusual punishment for keeping a 90yr old man at Florence Supermax…
He should of been in Butner NC at that point.
No reason for anyone 75yrs+ to be in Florence. Outside of National terrorist or enemy’s of the State!!!💯

He was in Butner NC, he tried to get an inmate to get someone on the recorded phone to murder Judge Zagel. They thought it would be better to send him to Florence after that.

You know I never bought into the Seifert's being unaware they were involved with the Outfit.
They spin it as innocent Victim's who later realized who Lombardo was and then tried to get away from him.
Not excusing the Outfit from killing him, but if your aware your in business with the Boys it is a known risk you can be killed. Particularly if your going to testify against them.

Your so right Jimmy, Danny and Emma knew Phil and Irwin and Joey a long time before they went into business, they knew what they were getting into. The children didn't know. Danny could have been alive today. Joey Lombardo saved Emma's life along with he son Joey. Thanks for watching

I have heard many guys in the Outfit didn’t like Milwaukee Phil… and didn’t like answering to him as StreetBoss, however Tony Accardo liked him a lot.
What is the reason the rank and file and even other Captain didn’t like him but the Big Boss did?
Was it just a common case of the “Staff” not liking “mid-management” do to the fact the CEO liked and approved of his management style?

@Paulo Eclectik No, that wouldn't be your fault, but at the same time life isn't fair. A business man would have the choice of paying, ignoring, informing, moving, or taking a stand. All have consequences. If you open up a business in an area prone for earthquakes or hurricanes you'd have insurance or choose another area. If a businessman sets up shop (usually grey area businesses like strip clubs and porno joints) in a mafia-infested area and doesn't expect to be bothered, he's very ignorant.
