Glad to see someone playing dryo! They are great if you want a more social playstyle and don't care about pvp as much. I gain a lot of fun from annoying other people and making them chase, then losing them and chuckling at them. Pretty much every carnivore you meet will try to eat you. You also have by far the best NV of any herbivore. In the old Legacy game they used to be able to burrow and its a real shame they took that!
When using your stamina, if you're running, run up until 60% (the bottom 2 claws) then walk, your stamina will regain slowly by itself as you walk, that way you don't have to take a long break! It also helps in fights :)
@itssherly4967 true, but it's can be picked up pretty easily. There was a lot I cut out of the video of me learning how things work without the game telling me.
The "mangos" that you see are a patrol one (PZ). they will pop up here and there near you. We also have a migration zone (MZ) But its been disabled for now . The S, 3 dots and // gives diet. To have a little bit of all 3 helps a lot with growth and other good boots. The little zone you were in. With the Palm trees are sanctuaries for juvis. In there you can find red mushrooms that gives all diets. Only adults that can come in there are troodons. The water droplet is just that, drinkable water. The mud is a good camo but it stops bleeding if you wallow in it. (If not raining) The sound you hear in the beginning was a taco. its ai. It wont attack but will burrow. But yes i do recommend watching info vids on the isle. There are so much stuff. From alt attacks to different abilities for different dinos. Sound: 1 broadcast. 2 Friendly. 3 Threaten. 4 Help/warning. F is the sound you make when talking. And dont forget your mutations. Oh and i think the juvi sounds a bugged right now
@beweldadon remember to avoid adult Carnos at all costs brother. They are the only thing that can catch you. Bully any juvy carnivores you find. It's mandatory as a Gali lol

this is totally fun to watch new players in evrima. keep it up, it was awesome
this video kinda proves how 'unfriendly' the isle is to new players. like, no tutorials, no explanation of diets, etc...

@@beweldadonA tutorial system will be coming though. In the meantime, we always give you tips
its somehwo true. i got like 300 hrs on the isle now. and i totally forgot how difficult it was to survive at the beginning!

And the dinos where like you said stegos. but they where fighting a Tenontosaurus, Or teno for short
@@Bambilinooo thanks for the clarification!
You should give Herrera a try. Fast to grow, low risk, high reward kinda playstyle (and you get to leeroy jenkinssss life haha)
@@bird-ish i shall give it a shot! Thanks for the recommendation.
'I found the water' lol
dryosaurus
enjoyed the video! just a fun thing i noticed, you have a really similar voice/talking style as a youtuber called dallasmed65 :D
Grazing is good if you're starving but it will only fill you up to 25%
I salute you sir for choosing to play one of the most useless creatures in the game :D!!
You`ve earned a like for that only!
@@GameWithTonyYT For the little guys 🫡
Man now I’m itching to hop back into this game! Fun video! 🩵
I also recommend playing Gallimimus. Very good beginner species that is a lot stronger than dryosaurus once full grown
@johndasalty111 Was already planning it for next episode! Congratulations you guessed it!
Also since you died to it earlier, going into water on 0 stamina causes you to sink
Try Galli bro its super fun. Faster than everything and can kick butt if you play him right
@@chasegreenway265 Galli is next 👀

the first time you play the isle you play the most nerfed and broken dinosaur :( you shouldve played a fun one
Watch Kougas short video about the map symbols. Its super short and informative
@towmater8762 Will do! Thanks for the recommendation.
this channel could pop off, get a better mic!
@@SimonBauer im looking into microphone quality, I've got a decent one, but i think my settings are messed up.
@@beweldadon Ohh that might be true - for years I've had my current mic and just had the wrong settings 💀
