    I tried natto to get more K2 in my diet as a vegan. The first week was hard for me to enjoy it but now I actually like it. In the US I can find it at asian or international markets. The only downside is the styrofoam packaging. It’s a great food for vegans to add to their diets to get K2 but look for plain natto as most from Japan seem to have fish in the flavoring packets

      Natto has the highest level of K2 of any plant-based food. And much of K2 comes from an animal source which is not ideal for a vegan diet, of course! If you like, you may consider making Natto at home. This video explains how: th-cam.com/video/H84OY6F_hQo/w-d-xo.html
