Sure.. 2500 seems a good price for a second hand Redmi note 9 pro and you can try different custom roms. Regarding stereo speakers, I am not sure if you can do that, might be through rooting and using some mods but I'm not very sure..
There are different ways to do it. Titanium backup is there or you can also use your custom recovery to take a backup. But i would recommend keeping a copy of your phone data in your PC, because sometimes you can mess up things and that'll create a problem. If you want to backup all apps, there are many options to backup apk files, otherwise Google will take a back-up of all your apps so you can restore them when setting up your phone. You can also dirty flash any new rom so that your data and apps remain intact..
You can use the same steps but I don't think orangefox recovery is officially available for redmi note 9. You need to use pixel experience recovery that's provided on their website..

Hey brother I need help, Im currently using redmi note 9s & its android 11 & miui 12.5.5 global rom. Will that be an issue with this? I visited pixel experience site & it says under supported versions android 13. does that mean that I need to have android 13 before installing this rom?. Also I have enabled developer options & clicked add account and device on mi unlock status. Does that mean now I have to wait 7 days to do the rest? Or should i continue the procedure. It didnt show any time.
Hey brother. MIUI and android version should not be an issue with pixel experience. Now you have enabled developer options and added your device in mi unlock status, you have to unlock the bootloader using Mi unlock tool before you flash any custom rom. Download mi unlock tool on your PC, enter your login details, and it might send a code to your phone, enter the code and take your phone to fastboot mode and connect it to your PC. Mi unlock tool might ask you to wait for 168 hours, then you have to wait. Do not add your phone in mi unlock status again. Once the waiting time is over, enter the login details in mi unlock tool, connect your phone in fastboot mode again and unlock the bootloader.

Me: Nooooo, I don't want to use MIUI it is slow, ugly and full of bloat. Some cool guy: Don't you go worrying, I have you! The video was very helpful and I am deeply thankful to you.
Hey man! I am on an Android 12 Redmi Note 9 Pro with MIUI 14. In the original OrangeFox website , there are two recoveries - one for FBEV1 rom and another FBEV2. Can you let me know which one should I choose? Thanks in advance!
Hey! You should probably go with fbe1 because of some encryption issues with V2 but that again depends on the rom itself. Go with version 1 now but if you are familiar with official pixel experience recovery, I would also recommend that one.
@@techdocyoutube Hey mate, sorry I forgot to check your comment haha! I just did the flash with FBEV1 first, and yeah I could see my internal storage in decrypted format. Next I wiped out all the partitions and flashed PixelExperience Plus Rom but after it properly booted up and I went into recovery , the storage was back again encrypted. So I had to to flash FBEV2 this time and did a clean install of the same rom again. Now its totally fine , can see the internal storage and everything seems to work good! Thanks though , you are a great YTber tbh considering you read through each and every comment and reply to their problems!
Banking apps should work fine, but this video was posted long back. Try to check the official pixel experience website if there are any other updates..
Hey! I rode comments below and it seems you are no longer using pixel experience - you switched to pixel Os and I have a few questions, because my Redmi Note 9 pro is working on miui 12.5.5 enhanced and probably won't get any new updates. Is the performance better or at least remained the same as it was on stock ROM? Also, what is the battery lifespan? I heard custom roms in general are battery consuming, so I don't want to reduce it even more (I've been using 9 Pro since end of 2020). Also, I'm curious about camera performance... I'm looking forward to your reply! 😄
Hey! I switched to PixelOS in my redmi note 10 pro, I'm currently using crdroid in redmi note 9 pro. Well, as far as the performance goes, you get a little bit of boost there when it comes to most custom roms, you will get some extra smoothness and no bloatware (apart from Google 😁). Battery life is less for most custom roms out there, miui stock is much better with battery. If the rom comes with miui cam, then there should be no issues with the performance. If not, you have to use GCam which is better in some cases when compared to miui cam (like the night photos will be a bit better with GCam). I think you should give it a try, check any custom rom like pixel experience (or the plus version) and see how it goes.
@@techdocyoutube so I don't need to install the orangefox on my phone again? i already tried to use the method to open orangefox by using cmd but the screen goes dark and orange fox didn't show up and when i tried to do the button method miui recovery showed up
If you are using the commands just like i showed in this video, that's enough. You don't have to flash the recovery separately. If you are getting an error, check if you downloaded the proper recovery file.
When it comes to flashing custom ROMs, both recovery and sideload help you flash the zip files, so there is not much difference. adb sideload is fast compared to recovery method (if you have all the files in your PC). Also, if your phone does not have external storage, sideload can be helpful. Sometimes, custom recoveries cannot decrypt internal storage which will create an issue and you have to format the data and all. Sideload will skip all these steps and let you flash the zip files directly from your PC. This is the main difference as far as i know.
These are not very common errors. Are you sure that you have downloaded the correct file? And are you using the correct commands? Check the steps once again and let me know..

@@techdocyoutube thank you so much for the reply brother. By the way if something goes wrong in the middle of the process, can I revert back to MIUI? This is first time I'm trying something like this & little bit worried if something goes wrong.
Yes absolutely. Keep mi flash tool downloaded on your PC in case you want to move back to miui..
I want to know from where to download the pixel wallpaper if i want all kind of wallpaper and by the way i also installed pixel custom ROM using ur toterial and its working properly

These are pixel 7 series wallpapers - mega.nz/folder/c9FFEI5J#kRBr38xmNxCQTOlBa8PBcA

Bhai , this is a great video .. thank you for that..
I wanted to know which custom rom is best for longer battery backup. If you can tell pls help it our 😊
Hello Bhai! Thank you.
You can try lineage os first because it's officially supported for Redmi note 9 pro. You can also go with Project elixir.
@@techdocyoutubestill u r using redmi note 9 pro?
Noo.. gave it to my dad
Why? Do you need any help?
Me: Nooooo, I don't want to use MIUI it is slow, ugly and full of bloat.
Some cool guy: Don't you go worrying, I have you!
The video was very helpful and I am deeply thankful to you.
Thank you 😊 I'm really glad this video was helpful..
When i try to install orange fox recovery it is showing size too large
That's great! Glad it finally worked 😊
And thank you so much!
Which is the best custom rom for gaming for redmi note 9 pro (miatoll)
I haven't tested many ROMs in redmi note 9 pro, but I'm using Nusantara right now, it's really good. You can check it out 🙂
@@techdocyoutube can you please share the downloading link on comment
Here is the link. There is both vanilla and gapps build.

Did We Lost Fast Charging support after installing This Custom Rom Sir ??
No. Fast charging is supported in this ROM.
Hi I can use Xiaomi .EU ROM with this tutorial instead of Pixel Experience Plus?
Yes, you can!
@@techdocyoutube Thank you for your quick reply, this ROM I want to install is Android 12 and miui 13, is there any problem to install?
I don't think there should be any problem.

Do banking apps like Sbi Yono work well on this ROM?
Banking apps should work fine, but this video was posted long back. Try to check the official pixel experience website if there are any other updates..
bro please help me my device is always getting stuck on black screen while entering recovery mode
If you can let me know the devive you are using, I can check it out first
thanks 10000000000000000% working
Perfect!
who the best method with twrp or orangefox?
I personally like orangefox, i feel it has a better ui.
12.5.5 and wont get new updates? just today i got an update to go on android 12 miui 14
whenever i try to open orange fox recovery the stock miui recovery shows up whats the problem?
Check if you are using all the commands properly. This should not happen normally.
@@techdocyoutube yes I already did and it said successful should i do it again?
Yes try it again. And try to use the commands only to flash and boot to recovery.
Recovery versus sideload who is one is better and Why?
When it comes to flashing custom ROMs, both recovery and sideload help you flash the zip files, so there is not much difference.
adb sideload is fast compared to recovery method (if you have all the files in your PC). Also, if your phone does not have external storage, sideload can be helpful. Sometimes, custom recoveries cannot decrypt internal storage which will create an issue and you have to format the data and all. Sideload will skip all these steps and let you flash the zip files directly from your PC. This is the main difference as far as i know.
What custom rom is very good for gaming redmi note 9 pro global is the device
Most custom roms will give you a good gaming performance. You can try crDroid.
Thank you so much! I always wanted to try stock android
You're welcome 😊
hi, i got the error when i flash the recovery, FAILED (remote: 'size too large')
fastboot: error: Command failed, what migth be the problem?
These are not very common errors. Are you sure that you have downloaded the correct file? And are you using the correct commands? Check the steps once again and let me know..
Dude , i do exactly like in the video , but still got stuck on pixel logo for an hour , nothing. Just stuck there , before i flash the rom and custom orange fox recovery , I'm on miui 13. Is it a problem ? Btw i flash pixel android 11.
Where you able to flash orangefox recovery?
Bro thanks you sooo much....you earned a subscriber please make videos...about another custom roms as well
Guys trust me I m a noob in this flashing and the video helped me a lot...!! Successful installed Pixel Plus with butter smooth experience... Please make more roms for Redmi note 9 pro
Thank you so much bro 😊 it means a lot 😊❤️
I will try to make more videos on redmi note 9 pro 🙂
for those who are getting a black screen after flashing recovery.img , just downgrade the version of orange fox and flash it after
Well detailed video bro, nice one 👍
Thank you so much bro 😊
This Is best Video Out There Sir..♥️
Thank you 😊
i followed same as step 1 and it didnot install and my system got destroyed do i have to install mi firmware before installing pixel?
No. Pixel experience does not require the firmware installation. Are you using the same device mentioned in this video?
i encountered another problem, after sideloading the zip file, it brings me back to orangefox
If you have used the correct zip file, don't forget to format the data once the sideload is complete.
Please help me😢 after installing this custom rom when I played BGMI my gyro is not working properly it is moving automatically and lagging so much please help me 😔
Did you flash the official version of this rom ? And from where did you download the rom ?
Bro should we use both the methods or any 1 method is enough?
You can use only one method. If you have all the files in your PC, adb sideload will be much easier.
@@techdocyoutube thank you bro
You are welcome.
Bro Thanks for everything you are a God ❤
you're welcome bro ❤
After installation of orangefox than I couldnot able to install the zip file . When I touch zip file. the install zip is not coming .the file gets opened what should I do
This is wierd and should not happen, if you have the correct zip file, you should be able to flash it directly. Check if you are using the latest orangefox recovery and the zip file is properly downloaded.
In sideload method when we commands adb side load Pixel File then it shows sideload connection failed: more than one device/emulator
Are you connected with multiple devices?
Hello, is this rom still applicable until now? I want to try this on my redmi note 9 pro
Yes it's available. But you should get the latest version based on android 13.
Unfortunately, I still have android 12 :((
Doesn't matter. You can use pixel experience android 13.
Oh alright, thank you. Though I have a last question. Is this the most stable rom you've used on Redmi note 9 pro?
This is the only custom ROM I tried in Redmi Note 9 pro, I don't have the device with me right now. But there are better options out there like pixel os or spark os. Pixel experience (plus) is close to stock with very few customization options, other custom ROMs will give you some customization.
Will this work with alioth POCO F3 flashing Evolution X though adb?
Yes, this method should work.

I think you are flashing some other file then. Check the file again! It should be an image file with size not more than 100 or 200 MB.

hey can i flash pixel rom in my poco x4 pro using orange fox?? as everyone is suggesting to use pixel recovery
I don't think orangefox is officially available for poco x4 pro, so it's better to use pixel experience recovery as there would be no compatibility issues..
@@techdocyoutube orange fox recovery is available for pro x4 pro officially and is in my phone right now , but in pixel experience website it is written that use pixel experience recovery, what to do now brother
It's better to use the recommended recovery, you can check the telegram group for your phone and see which recovery is recommended. Orangefox should work fine but I'm not very sure..
bro will bank apps work in this like gpay or paytm
Yes bro. Banking apps are going to work fine..
