Just made this. Super, super easy pattern with VERY clear instructions. I started knitting at age 8 with my Grandma as my teacher. She taught me to knit the sleeves together - on the same needle. I still do that and it saves quite a bit of time and I'm always certain they will be exactly the same. Thank you so much for these lovely, lovely patterns.
Hi im making this now I think iv messed up st the back. I ribbed 7 rows the stockinette stitched 28 rows. I know you you this a year ago but before I go further thought I'd ask
Thank you for sharing this video of step by step it’s fantastic I’ve made my first cardigan and so proud of myself as knew I could do it but you have shown me how! Yo are a brilliant teacher of knitting and look forward to do another project with you thanks once again xxx
Thank you for this video! I have made two of these now and I have always been so intimidated by cardigans! I actually used larger needles and chunkier wool on my second and it came out big enough for an older child which is great!
You are the BEST teacher ever!!! I was successful in the first sweater you taught, after beginning this one I'm feeling positive I can do this one following you.. I'm so excited. Thank you Hugs
It’s a delight to knit for my forthcoming grandchild. Thanks for your well explained tutorials . Last time I had knit after my son was born. Completely forgot the raglan.
I have just found this video. Thank you for your generosity with your time etc to produce this utube video. I am relatively new to knitting but I decided to knit a child’s raglan sleeve cardigan. I had to ask help to explain the pattern. I didn’t know about purling into the back of a wrap round to avoid the hole. I wish I’d found your video before I started. I’ve finished the back and two sides and sleeves. There are holes where the ‘wrap rounds’ are because I didn’t know about purling into the back. There must be a whole secret set of knowledge that knitters understand and are not explained clearly in patterns. Now I know I will have to unravel it. I can’t give it to the child I intended to.
Hello! I’m sorry to hear that, but don’t feel frustrated, it’s totally normal!Although for some people knitting is just another craft, it’s pretty broad and sophisticated 😉 You can’t imagine how much I’ve had to undo through the years… I started when I was 11 years of age, and I’m still learning! But it’s so beautiful, calming, rewarding, creative, that it’s worth it! Subscribe and enjoy 😊
Hi there, just wanted to say that your video was sooooo clearly and easy to follow. I just have one question: to make this version for adult, how can we measure for everything? Thanks so much

Thank you for your easy pattern to follow. I have done 3 different colours and different sizes. Please can you do more knitted jumpers or cardigans in patterns.
I learnt more in that 32 min video than the 2 years of little snippets and trying to tie all the pieces together. I can only knit with 1 hand so I can't do those 5" cable needles or anything in the round.
