      I think that was more the way EWU decided to phrase that. If someone learns their brother, brother's wife and all their children except one were murdered it seems like a completely normal reaction to be eager to take in the remaining child. You can't do anything to bring back your loved ones but the kid is the one family member that you CAN actually help.

      If he would've been innocent, his interest could've just been out of fear his niece ends elsewhere and the missing foot prints would've just meant that the person knew of her whereabouts. I thought it was him, but knew it as he left his wife.

    The guy lived inside the wall for months of a girl who dumped him who he tormented by pretending to be the ghost of her dead mother.... and you let him out without getting him evaluated by a psychiatric professional? "Yeah... that seems like the logical direction for the guy in the wall" He's like an amalgamation of Cletus Kassady and Norman Bates.

    • @InJusticeAustralia
      @InJusticeAustralia 2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      There was no reference to an evaluation. But considering, it’s most certainly so that he did get eval’d as “unfit”.
      Further, psychotropic drugs make people do weird things, and have no memory of it.
      Hence, psych drugs have been a major factor, and or direct cause, of many horrendous things. This may have been one.
      So please be careful of false claims.

    • @JayJay-gk6cr
      @JayJay-gk6cr 2 ปีที่แล้ว +50

      @@InJusticeAustralia The biggest issue I see is the fact that he DID get Evaluated by psychiatric professionals and they still signed off on his release. Just because someone has ‘professional’ in their title doesn’t mean they know what they are doing. He should’ve been put down as he clearly wasn’t fit for society.
      Also to the clown above me called in-justice, you’re the one needs to be careful with false claims. You sound like a sympathiser and would’ve probably approved his release if it was your decision.

      @@InJusticeAustralia Psych drugs also prevent a lot of horrendous things from happening. I don't think its wise to paint them as being an absolute bad, in fact it can be very dangerous as spreading this can prevent someone from attempting treatment. The correlation between psych drugs and bad things happening because of them isn't that clear cut anyways.

    • @InJusticeAustralia
      @InJusticeAustralia 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@alexanderiono6931 It’s interesting that you attempt challenge and to dispute my fact based , heavily researched, conclusions about how bad psyche drugs are. Yet, you provide no facts.
      So, that is a classic case of hypocrisy. It also leads me to believe:
      1. You likely work in an industry that financially benefits from the psyche drug industry, or/and,
      2. You have been indoctrinated/ brainwashed like so many, info medely BELIEVING they are of some benefit, or/and,
      3. You/ someone you know/of has/does take them, and CLAIMS (likely by false BELIEF) they are doing some good.
      So, perhaps you should consider, that before telling someone they are wrong, that perhaps you are wrong.

Not already trying to figure out living arrangements for the sole surviving family member who was miles away on a school trip. We’re human and it takes time to process things. Eventually, the conversation would be had regarding where Brenda should live, but jumping to that so quickly and adamantly “staking claim” of her is sus af.

There is no psychology delegation of people thrown in jail for crimes not punishable by life. We can't punish people based on our feelings about a a person. Only their actions. I grew up in Massachusetts hearing stories about the man who lived in the walls. I was told a bunch of messed up stories about this state growing up, some true and some not true. I could never find anything online about this and nobody I asked had heard about it. I thought maybe it was a game of telephone so some details were wrong or it wasn't true. This video just gave me closure. Lol As a child in the early 2000's this one sounded like an urban legend meant to scare teenagers who wanted to date strangers online. That was a new concept at the time. Blood on the walls lead to a man living in the walls being found with an axe in a dress, but nobody I asked had heard of this? Sounds fake but okay. I can't believe this was true. Kind of mad that it is tbh, this story is messed up...

    First two reminded me of a case from France. The entire family disappeared; father, mother (who was severely ill and on machines, at home) and two rather adult children, students. Even two of their dogs, with food for them still in the bowls. Their disappearance was reported late. When the police came, at first they found literally nothing. Despite the thorough search. They only noticed that all the family cars were there except the father's and there was a rifle missing from the house. Upon new search, one of the investigators noticed that the area where dogs were kept was unusually clean; not even dog traces in the dirt. When stepped there, it was clear there was something a bit elastic covering a hole. And there it was, a large board, covering a hole where all the family members were, dead and wrapped in plastic bags. Even the dogs. But not the father. And it resembled an actual burrial ground since there were some religious objects like crosses and angel figurines. Even some flowers, I think.
    So, the focus was turned to finding the father... He was caught by a speeding camera and they realized he was a family killer and headed to a place that meant something for his family, with that rifle (which was a murder weapon) which in 98% of the cases like this means one thing...
    Oh, but the chilling twist in the end! Unbelievable!

    A author had written a book and accused Summer of killing her husband and running to Mexico with the kids. He had said it was just a matter of time when his story would be confirmed. So this of course he had to backpeddle and then pay the family of the McStay's for accusing Summer of something she didn't do.
    Also Chase had been embezzling from the company. He had put his name on the account and would access it to pay for his gambling debt. Eventually Joe had found out about it and was just about to report it to the police when Chase attacked him and the family. He had then stolen more money from the company and then accused their other co-worker who was in Hawaii at the time (had been for a month a think to do some work for the company). Dan the other co-worker was allowed to access the accounts to pay business expenses. There was no evidence to prove that Dan had killed the family, yet at Chase's trial that ia who they accused did the crime. Chase also had his phone with him at the time of the murders as it had pinged off the towers near the burial site.

    I’m tired of people saying allegedly when talking about a woman getting abused.. like no he DID assault her and CONTINUED to do so after he killed her whole family.

    How was it a triple murder, when Daniel shot a pregnant woman?? Wouldn’t it be 4 victim’s??🤔

    Psychopaths getting released just because they are underage, is like letting a tiger cub live on streets.

    What about Andes crash chapter 2
    It seems like you are making the episode as a web series.
    😁😁😁
    Whenever you upload any new videos I and my friends watch it together because it feels like a movie.
    Please don't stop making such great masterpieces
    ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    This is crazy to see as I personally knew the McStay family before they had been killed. I remember following the case but have never seen a channel cover it.

    I saw that first twist coming when you said the two that found the body took over the business. Although I did think that the company was the motive.
