That Sheriff is a serious problem. I hope he gets investigated because he just retired. The way he was sitting bothered me, leaning forward with his hands together, it's a nervous but firm posture to keep from giving tells during interrogation.
He said "You ask anyone around here, they'll tell you."
He sounds pretty confident that nobody would ever say anything bad about him. But with almost 100 police calls, and 3 separate buildings on the property overflowing with evidence?
The Sheriff obviously knew. He was in on the ring with the CPS worker(s). Very sinister.

no seriously. my neighbors reported my dad for child abuse one time because he was beating my brother so badly at one point that everyone on the street could hear my dads yelling and my brothers cries/ screams and while i was at school is when cps and an officer pulled me aside to talk about my home situation and i remember being terrified to go home because i knew they were going to talk to my dad and he would blame us. sure enough when i got home he barged in my room and i could tell he was livid, when he gets angry his eye and lip twitch and they were both twitching like no other as he asked me “who did it? who called the cops for child abuse?” and continued to yell at us and kick us around about how we almost got him arrested. they don’t understand how dangerous it really is, take the kids from the home once reported and being investigated because the children 90% of the time will endure the anger from the parents after being reported.

    • @Davanillaguerrilla
      @Davanillaguerrilla 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +291

Yeah by telling them we know everything and leaving it's like ok so they don't care/ dont know anything? or the kids told them everything and they're coming back with a warrant to kick in the door.. what amazes me is that they actually cleaned and left all those locks and chains beside the kids beds really but they probably pretended no one was home when they showed up every time and no one could tell over all the dogs barking then they let them in when they came back and everything was cleaned up and the kids were dressed niced
They really need to show up not looking like the authorities

Tragically prob not uncommon. CPS is knowingly underfunded/ staffed and lacks oversight. Criminal lack of child protection. Same in UK and other countries. They should be prosecuted but so should officials and politicians be held to account. Children of addicts and the poor often bend up w/addictions and on the street to escape abuse at home. But they become victims of traffickers and or pimps.

Child protective service people are the most stupid human beings on the face of the earth. My grand children went through absolute hell after a distant family member called CPS in Texas claiming that my grand children’s backpacks smells like marijuana because they had been visiting me and other family members in Colorado where marijuana is legal. My husband and I are devout Christians that have a farm and wonderful animals and good jobs and what we found out later was that these distant family members in Texas got their hands on my grandchildren because the kids had gone down for a one week visit to these people whom they had never known and my son being an extreme dumb ass took the children down for this visit because he was in the middle of a custody fight with his ex-wife. I told him not to take the children down there because the children did not know these people and my son told me that he had to allow this visit to take place to prove he was the “good guy“. The people called CPS and alleged that my grandchildren’s backpack smell like marijuana and it turned out to be cat spray because my son had a couple of cats in his house and I have cats on the farm and apparently the cats in my sons house smelled the backpacks and then sprayed them. The children immediately ended up in the hands of the people in Texas who horrifically abused the children during a two-year period of time in which guardianship was trying to be determined and both children ended up being given Ziploc bags full of prescription drugs. My grandson‘s life was completely ruined because they put him on amphetamines and there was nothing wrong with that little boy except he didn’t want to live with those people in Texas and wanted to be with either me and grandpa or with his dad. It took me two years and thousands of dollars in attorneys fees and a hearing in an Arkansas court to eventually be able to have grandparent visitation with my grandchildren and I took them to an a valuator in Colorado Springs during a two week visit and that woman, a grandmother herself and 40 years of experience in the public school system, determined that my grandchildren have been horrifically physically and mentally abused by the people in Texas. Apparently, if children can be abused bad enough and the abusers are paying psychologists to determine that the children are “mentally and emotionally disabled“, then the guardian who throws tens of thousands of dollars into the hands of attorneys and if the Proposed guardian ends up winning guardianship of the children, then they can apply for Social Security disability benefits for those children and get thousands of dollars per month handed to them. When the children did come to the court ordered visitation with me that was two weeks in Colorado Springs and we had a wonderful vacation, The children told me that the temporary guardian was anticipating winning the case and was going to buy a really big house and a new car. That was somewhat surprising to me wondering where these people were supposed to get such money. Well, if they were able to get a Social Security disability attorney and get it done very quickly, they would be back paid for years of being temporary guardians and all of that Social Security disability money would be handed to them and then they would continue to get monthly checks for several thousand dollars on top of that. We did find out that the parents of one of the distant family members that was involved had pulled this very same scam several years ago and drug one of their family members through a horrible situation and they ended up getting permanent guardianship of a different distant family member that was a two-year-old girl and they ended up getting a huge amount of Social Security disability money and the 10 year old girl was been put on drugs to make her docile and compliant being forced to live in the home with those people, one of which was a retired prison warden from a state prison in Texas. People, there is a tremendous amount of evil in our country. There are innocent people that are drug through the most horrible cases you’ve ever heard of and their children are horribly hurt and may never recover fully from what they’ve been put through and then you have cases where there are evil people that do horrible things to children and they are never held to account. Our country is a terrible mess and until people are willing to rise up and really fight to get it back on track, everything is just going to continue to get worse. I don’t know if my grandchildren will ever recover from what they were put through and my son did eventually get full custody of his children and he works a very good job and they have a beautiful home in Tulsa and a wonderful life with your dad and have had to go through the last three years of counseling because of what they were put through in Texas because some family members and some really stupid CPS workers went along with them and forced the children to live in a home with people that were extremely mentally and physically abusive. So my farm is not over 100 acres in size, I can guarantee you that there is 100 acres on this earth where those people had better never step foot because they won’t be on the earth any longer if they do. My farm is my castle and they horrifically abused my little grand children that were only ages five and six years old and we’re not able to get free of those damn people until they were eight and nine. Currently they are 11 and 12 and they are due to come up and spend two weeks with me this summer in beautiful, cool and colorful Colorado. Since my son got his children, no one has ever beaten them with a stick or a belt or a hair brush or a piece of wood ever again. And no, the abusers in Texas were never prosecuted for what they did to those poor little children because in Texas it is legal to beat a child with whatever you can pick up as an instrument can you use on that child. My granddaughter did tell me the other day on the phone that they have now successfully weaned my grandson off of the Adderall and he is doing very well. All of the other drugs that the children had been put on when they were in the hands of the temporary guardians were like massive amounts of sinus medication‘s and allergy medication‘s and those children have never been allergic to anything in their lives. At one point the temporary guardians had them squirting prescription sinus and allergy stuff up their noses to the point where they’re all factories never even worked and they couldn’t even taste food and they were so skinny because they didn’t want to eat. Now that all that is over, they are normal size in a very healthy and it’s truly amazing how they aren’t constantly sick anymore.

It CAN be stealing when one of the children in the family sneaks down in the lower pantry more than one time and proceeds to eat the entire stock of the "treats" and "snacks" for all of the brothers and sisters school sack lunches, and then whines that he/she isn't hungry for the healthy supper that was prepared for them.
I've been through that, and yep I called it "stealing" also, because it WAS selfishly stealing the treats for the others lunches.

I’ve been through this kind of abuse myself as a child. I can’t say I was ever chained up, but was beaten on a regular basis and only given small amount of food. I was even bullied in school every day. I never had a safe place to go. Then from the age of 9 I was sexually abused. It took a massive toll on me and how I interacted with other people. Never really trusting anyone. I’m now 53 and started therapy which is very expensive around the age of mid to late 30s. I can happily say I’m in a pretty good place now but I did take a long time. So I give my heart out to those poor children and I hope they get the therapy and support that they deserve, so they can go onto live a happy life

One, if not the biggest challenges for DFPS and CPS is having foster homes to place the kids. My wife and I fostered for many. It is tough, heartbreaking and rewarding. We only had one placement that went back to a situation we were not good with. The whole court from was thinking WTF on that one. I had a mother walk out if her parental visit to find me in the CPS parking lot. Breaking down in complete tears to tell me her son has chosen his home. She said she loves him so much that she is going to give him up for better and ask if my wife and I would adopted him. My wife and I had a case worker from another county call about a siblings group, two sisters, one and three. Horrible abuse. The case worker said she spoke to our agency and they could change our license that day to place the girls in our home if we would please just say yes. Out of all of our placements we became the forever home for the boy and the two girls. Despite all the challenges eights and fours years later it has truly been a blessing. When incidents like this make you angry please understand you can be part of the solution by fostering. Kids will get left in bad situations if there are no homes to place them in.

My mom was an animal hoarder and I lived in terrible conditions as a young child. Whenever anyone was coming over that could raise the alarm, she'd make me clean the whole house with her(it wasn't clean even after cause there was only so much we could do, and we had no hot water and things like that) and hide the animals. She made me feel like somehow it was my fault or I was complicit, and I had to help her conceal the situation when I was being neglected and living a horrible life and needed to be saved from. I had to live with the stress of feeling like I had to cover it up to protect her, like it was my burden. The part about the kids being put in matching outfits and made to clean the house whenever someone was coming over just resonates so deeply in me. I hope those kids can heal better than I have

@@nikkimerry7950I agree. It's heartbreaking that so many people have children only to neglect, abandon, or abuse them. I wish I could mother all the babies in the world. There would be way less brokenness and suffering if we all had parents who loved and protected us.

Rule 1 when talking to suspects about the things people have claimed is DO NOT tell the suspect who made the claim, particularly if the suspect is LIVING with the claiment, especaly a child! Thats how you get a witness killed or worse.

Absolute torture. Treating dogs better than their kids. This lady already had a baby taken away from her. How are you allowed to adopt 3 more kids?!?!?!?!? Do people not get on a NO Kids list!

No dogs were also victims, they said thw.dogs were famelic, also extremly bad nutrition , cruelty to Child, elderies, animals are almost allways conected, if you see a dog or any animal in bad condition its almost for shure you are going to find some vulnerable human victim too.

It appears as you say, there is no such list..I'm guessing the agencies just want to get them out as fast as they come in...If anyone has seen the movie "Sleepers" with Bradd Pitt, and think those abuses don't happen..think again.

How this woman was capable of ADOPTING MULTIPLE CHILDREN and treating them like this is bewildering. How authorities didn't catch this sooner is despicable. I hope the children are in a better place physically and mentally. My prayers go to you.

Cps does this all the time. They take kids from good homes or homes with minor issues and adopts them out to lesbians and people who dont need to have kids!

CPS is either one of the most corrupt agencies or the most incompetent agencies in the country…..& I’m leaning more towards the former. The amount of cases where they’ve allowed children to “fall through the cracks” is astounding. Then they’ll always give the same “the case workers are just too overworked & underfunded” and boom, it vanishes from the headlines & nobody cares anymore.

It was brought up that she possibly has ties with someone in law enforcement as someone needs to be warning them for them to hide evidence every time.
And with the way the Sheriff acted, I suspect he might be one of them if not the only one.
With influence on law enforcing people, it gets a lot easier to get away with things.

I’m always baffled why protests don’t break out across the state, or even the country, whenever stuff like this happens. People are more than willing to hit the streets when it comes to every other issue, but when it comes to protecting children & holding law enforcement accountable for failing these kids, nothing ever happens. Sad.
