If the file is already open in eoffice but in physical mode.Is it good to convert the physical file in electronic mode? FTP log in is also not available.

@@eofficegovinfohand In file manegment system there is two way to open file, physical and electronic. Some of the files are open in physical mode, and file is moving physically with only entry/diary in eoffice. now it is need to convert the same in electronic.

Also find the option to convert the spesific file but there is only option to upload noting only.

yes. migration purpose is that only but you can't Rewrite on that

What is the difference between file migration and new file creation? Cant we just click on create new file and upload the scanned pdf. Why this long process

Migration helps us to separate notesheet and correspondence part. If we create new file we can attach 2 separate pdfs that will not look as a file, i feel. It may address the requirement but not standard.

Also, file size limit will also play a very critical role.
