If I dispatch the same Draft to multiple persons why am getting the last Dispatch no properly and rest become blank with physical Dispatch water marke.
Can we dispatch a letter to an officer of another instance through e-office itself? Actually, the proposals we send to our parent department, is in a separate instance. Though we can send files externally, we can’t send receipts. It will be helpful if you suggest any way.

Can we send approved draft to multiple persons using same method ( like group or preferred list option)? 2. Yes it can be send to more than one but in To We can write one person and in CC We can write any no. of Persons. Pls See my VIDEO on group and preferred list for more insight. Secondly, if you are sending draft only then it will go to their emails.

Dispatch kisi bhi ki ID se ho sakta hai.. par apke office me kya standard follow karna hai ye apke office se hi decide hoga.. generally officer dispatch nahi karte wo approve kar ke wapas bhej dete hain aur phir lower staff hi dispatch karta hai. Naturally jo hamare pas hai usi ko dispatch kiya ja sakta hai.

I have not seen this behavior. Better to check with technical implementation team.

after approval and sign office copy will get attached.

approve bhi to kia hoga kiso ne .. wo approve kar ke bhejenge na kisi ko.. wo phir dispatch kar sakte hain ya kisi aur ko bhej sakte hain.
