I'm thinking of having a welcome screen with a short video, with 2 buttons appearing after the video is done, 1 button for each language that would open the associated website in the chosen language. It would basically be 2 websites, one at the MAINDOMAIN/language1 and MAINDOMAIN/laguage2. What do you think? I'm new to website building but your video tutorials makes this way less daunting! IDEA FOR A FUTURE VIDEO: How to install WPLocal and all the Elementor plugins and free templates to work OFFLINE + how to save the local website and upload it to the internet once it is completed. That would be great, I feel experimenting offline with WPLocal would be a good way to learn. Thanks again and keep-up the great tutorials!

Levi (the guy in the video here) refers to pages as "sections", sections that contain columns and "widgets". Maybe your answer lies there, in "sections". Look-it up.
Great question. In this video I use the free version of Elementor. You do not have any fees. If you want to upgrade to the premium version of Elementor, you will have to pay for it. However, the free version is quite capable!
