Uber helpful. I followed the instructions regarding the logo, however the logo width does not change. It is still very small. #2. I am also using the nature template, my header section is not included in the picture, it looks like a separate section. Not sure what i'm doing wrong. Please help

Thank you, I love the way you present, clear and concisely and I really love the Elementor templates too! However, after many hours for some reason, I am unable to upload any images into the template. The images are already loaded into the media file that comes with the template of course can be changed, and those from the free image tab, but each time I try to load an image, it comes up with an error 'png exceeds maximum file upload size' which is impossible as the image is under 100kb.
Any suggestions would be very much welcomed. Elementor support will only deal with you if you have an account which I currently do not have.

I have a question: how can I make a kind of slide menu under the main menu (not a submenu), imagine a shop website for smartphones instead of on the main menu and making a shop page do I make a menu under the main menu with a number of title page e.g. smartphones, chargers, covers
when someone clicks on one of the mentioned title pages, the contents of the page are opened on the same home page

Thanks so much for the support! To be honest, I don't usually use the Elementor templates. I personally prefer the Starter Templates Plugin for the Astra theme which is the same theme I use here. In regards to the skating/arcade business, you can see if they have something close, but if not, technically any template can serve your needs. You just gotta change up the images and text and you can make any template look like a skating or arcade site.

This was a great help for this Tech challenged hopeless case. But I had to slow the video so that I could see where you were zooming the curser around to. I had to go back a few times to figure out where it was so that I could follow. Perhaps a bigger curser arrow? That would make a ton of difference. I understood your video very well however something I need help with is getting elementor exactly how I want it to work with Woocommerce themes. I am trying to build a music website store for a client that sells rock instruments and some dj equipment as well. I found a theme I like however when I try to edit the page with elementor there's only so much I can do; I am completely by bound to the layout that the woocommerce theme. I can make some changes but I can't modify some of the elements on the layout to my liking. For example on the homepage I was trying to have an image take up the whole width of the screen but because the theme has margins for the content section of the page which are about 2 and a half inches on both sides of the page I'm unable to do that. How can I get elementor to write over the theme to give me 100% flexibility?

Thank you for the amazing info! Quick question: Once you click, "Submit & Build My Website," is there a way to only have the template as a draft? You made it sound as if, after that step, your website is live. I am editing a website for a client and would hate for them to see my template before I have a chance to fully edit it. I hope that makes sense!
Great question. Once you publish your website you can always put it into "maintenance mode" so you can make changes to it without people being able to see your broken site. Basically, when you put your site into maintenance mode, your visitors will only see the "Coming Soon Page" from hostinger rather than seeing the website you are working on.
To enable maintenance mode, you can go to your Hostinger account. From there click on the websites tab and select the website you are working on by clicking "Manage". From there you can scroll down to the "Core" settings and you will see "maintenance mode". Enable it and then you can go to your domain name and you will only see the "Coming soon" page. When you are done making changes, just disable the maintenance mode.

Just a tip, though - please change the colour and/or size of your mouse when tutoring. When you say "look here', it's hard to keep track of where your mouse is, because it's so small - and you move to the next thing before I realise where you are pointing

Love the video!! I’m curious about the logo makr, the site mentioned a $1700 fee if you use the logo for non commercial use.. any insight on that?
Yes, straight from their website's terms and conditions page it says, "The free download may be used for personal web purposes only, such as on your personal website, social media, a blog and so forth. You may not print, resale or use free files commercially. " Just be sure to use it on a personal site or blog. If you want to use it for a business, you might want to consider licensing it from them. But as a temp solution, it is not bad to have a free logo for your site. I personally always recommend paying for your logo if you can so you have all power over it, however, free logo's are helpful for temp situations. Hope this helps
When I added a 512 x 512 logo for the Site Icon (where it's supposed to appear to the left of the www. ) I hit Publish but it did not seem to take effect.

Great video, but I'm extremely frustrated because I can't get past the second step. After bypassing the logo step, I'm stuck at Colors & Fonts because the bottom part of the left hand sidebar won't scroll down, so I can't press Continue. No scroll bar, and the most it shows is the Change Fonts part, and I can't even see the font options! Not sure why this is, but I posted in the plugin support forum for help. If you have any idea why this is happening, please let me know.

Would you recommend Elementor pro? It seems like the free version has barely any drag and drop features...
Elementor free version has a ton of features that still makes it worth using even if you don't use the pro version, but yes, I think the paid version of Elementor is incredibly powerful and definitely worth the money if you are willing to spend it!
i wish u explain where we are to get the elementor, what type of package should we get . I also don't know if it's a one off payment that i need to get as i dont want to pay monthly. I'm not sure as to wether to get the pro or start with the trial version and what are the limitations, that is where am confused, and how did u arrive at elementor. or does elementor come with the hosting? and if i buy the elementor will it render my site useless if i stop paying for subscriptions ? these are the issues that i need addressed pls.
These are all good questions. You do not need to pay for elementor. It is the free version that I use with this tutorial and you dont even need to create an account. No need to worry about your site going down because you dont have to sign up for a premium account at all. Hope this helps!

great video! thanks! I created my pages out of Templates and I even linked al of buttons and all. But, why when I click to open my link, it takes me to a page that shows only my Header and then blank at the bottom and it says Archives? How can I fix this, and what did I do wrong?
Sounds like you have a different page set as your homepage. From your wordpress dashboard, go to the settings tab on the left side close to the bottom and click on reading. From there you will see "Your homepage displays" and underneath it you will be able to select which of your pages will display when you click on your website URL. This is how you can fix the problem and change it to show your homepage when you click on your link.

No you do not! They have tons of free templates and I use a free template in this tutorial. No need to pay for one. You can use the free version of astra

Well I would contact Elementor Pro's Customer Service to see why you are unable to use it. They should be able to fix your issue. However, you do not need elementor pro to follow along in this tutorial. I use the free version for the whole tutorial. Just wanted to let you know.

Yes you can. From your WordPress dashboard, go to the appearance tab and click on customize. From here you want to open up the header builder and on the bottom visual representation of your header You can just click on the x inside of the button widget on the right to delete it from your header menu.

If you follow this tutorial you'll be stuck with a header that isn't sticky and you need to code or buy Astra Theme to fix it.
I cannot find "edit with elementor" button either on my website or wp-admin. Can anyone help to solve this issue?
If you cannot see the "Edit with elementor" button like you see in the video, try this. From your wordpress dashboard, go to the pages tab. You'll see a list of all the pages on your website. Whichever page you are trying to edit, hover your mouse over it, and you should see the "Edit with elementor" Button appear there.
If that doesnt work, you might want to double check that Elementor is actually installed on your website. You can also double check if there is an update that needs to be installed for elementor. That sometimes will stop it from working.
