Sir Elton is a legend. I love the fact that he can’t stand artists who lip sync their songs when live in concert. He always says that fans pay good money to see you live, so not singing live is a slap in the face to them. You owe it to them. What a class act.
Sir Elton is a treasure. I love how well he honors his friends. His story about Freddie brings me to tears as it shows true friendship. God bless Elton.

Elton John is an icon. I grew up with Elton John. I’m 63 and started listening to him in the early 70’s. I still love his music, and I have some of his albums. Double album Yellow Brick Road. Crocodile Rock.. Rocket Man, and many others. Lots of hits. I’ll keep those till I pass. They mean so much.❤️❤️❤️
When I had my 16th birthday I had just lost my mother to suicide the week before. I had a girl friend give me the yellow brick road album. I’m 62 years old now and that’s been the most relevant help during those awful years. Elton john you were so great to me during my suffering.
I’m so sorry for your loss man but I’m so happy that Elton was and still is able to help you through dark times. I’m 16 now and Elton John has impacted my life so much already, can’t wait to tell my kids about him :))

Just coming here years after I’ve seen this already and now just returning myself from an Elton John concert of his very last Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour. I can’t put in words how much this man has given to me in my life. This one goes down deep! Lots of love to Elton and thanks to James to give us this masterpiece of entertainment.
Get his book, Me, the movie was like teaser trailer. It's very very good, uses humor to get through most of the darkest parts aside from the Diana chapter which is rather somber. The chapter that John Lennon was is a part was my favorite and the funniest. Also those saying he trashes a lot of artist, that stuff is taken out of context sure the lines are in there but they aren't cheap shots at all and most followed by praise.
@@GlassTopRX7 I just finished the book and I didn't want it to end. I loved him before the movie and the book but now I have so much admiration for him. What an extraordinary life. I wish him many more years.
At six minutes in, Sir Elton speaks of listening to new artists and still becoming inspired. That is truly amazing. Most artists with his longevity and success are done and rest on their laurels. He’s an inspiration with that great attitude!

I saw Elton John, solo, which was incredible, 12th row! Then I scored four tickets to Elton John and Billy Joel, Face to Face!!!! Both concerts were so awesome! 3 total hours! I was sad when the concerts came to an end but I was ecstatic to be a part of that history.
I looooove how Elton John is *following* James Corden when he sings! That is pure supportive talent! He doesn't overpower him or take anything away, but gives so much to the show. This was a delight to watch! (Yep, I know I'm almost 5 years late to the game, hehe)

Sir Elton John called Freddie Mercury 'Melinda' and Freddie called Elton 'Sharon'.. Their friendship was/is so incredible.

@Elton John yet another cut and pasted comment by the fake Elton John. He'll be asking you for money soon. There's been a ton of scammers posing as celebrities and it always starts with a compliment followed by asking if you have WhatsApp or Snapchat or something which then leads to them asking for money.

After seeing “Rocketman” my admiration for Sir Elton has skyrocketed.
