My regards to the production team; this video is an excellent example of a short documentary with just the right balance of perspectives and speeds.
Beauty! and extra points for no sledgehammers needed for installation, just easing into place.
Hello, my name is Jhon. I work at CBA Aluminum Brazil. and I would like to congratulate the excellence that you at heller have for your products. Perfect machines.
So freaking gorgeous, I can appreciate the attention to detail! Hire me as a tech please lol
Always awesome to see people and companies proud to share their work 😁
I'm a machinery rigger/mover. To see the assembly side of it is Awesome. Great job! 👍
Now that's a BEAST!
Great!! Good on engeners of HELLER. watching your masterpiece from IRAN
The word 'awesome' is not enough for this! 😮 🤩
Those LEGO sets are going wild nowadays.
Wow!!!!! I don't have words to express my happiness
Bei der nächsten Investition werden wir auch mal bei Heller Anfragen. Die Maschinen machen einen sehr guten Eindruck.
Great working big cnc machine 😮
Big and precise awesome
Wow what an impressive machine!
Brill, well done Nurtingen
Total geil, ich hätte auch gerne eine 5 Achs Fräse ❤
Trabalhei com maquinas Heller na Bosch do Brasil por 5 anos. Top
Very serious engineering approach, 100% cast iron body, linear guides and ball screws made in Germany (i think it`s Bosch/Rexroth made)
Clean shop floor~!
Beauty machine~
Need one of these for my garage machine shop, but I've got a budget of ~$5k USD. I can totally make some TH-cam videos of me using it as a sponsorship though! 😂 lol jk.
Gorgeous machine though 😳
It seems like it is gonna stay there. So it is like building the machine off-site or on customer site. Interesting process.
If I was a billionaire, I would have couple different such sized machines in my garage.
the best company it,s Nicolas COrrea machininest tool ,very good technology and very biger machinest top one at the world
I sure would rather be building these than fixing them. Back in the 80's I assembled automated guided vehicles ("CNC" material handling equipment), probably my favorite job of all time. This is very similar to what I did there, less building various PCB's and the card cages the computer, I/O, comms, etc. plugged into. Unfortunately, fixing them pays me double the $/hr than any assembly jobs would.
So true, just like mechanics have it way harder than car assembly 🤣 Cheers on the successful work career mate!
no problem about the overbearing related to nothing in the video music accompaniment, i have a mute button. otherwise interesting, narration might have explained a few interesting things about the assembly, but it's free.
👏👏👏👏

2 millon dollar machine very good
Old machines make new machines
Look Americans, europeans can afford to have windows and natural light in their factories! woooooooow :))) ahahahah
It's nice to have a new factory
Must be nice to work with zero PPE!
How so. I see these odd statements on photo's in mms mag to say so much. Are people in the US wearing hardhats, masks, or safety goggles in big shops these days? I'm admittedly out of the loop with political correctness and govt compliance.
@@winningwithoutracing7811 At large USA based plants, the existence of an overhead crane dictates hard hats on everyone. Safety glasses are also required in all areas of a plant. Furthermore the video shows several instances of hands being placed under a suspended load, and bodies under suspended loads, which are a huge no-no here. Please be clear that I am not justifying these practices; it's just shocking to see such seemingly lax standards at such a leading-edge company.
As part of my work ive noticed that american companys often enforce these arguably over the top safty rules with basicly no noticable effect regarding insuries. The only thing i have noticed is that its a pain in the ass.
Dont get me wrong im all in for a safe workplace but a hardhat is not gonna protect you from a 15t cast
@@dasozel4960 I hear ya. I hate hard hats…but…after wearing them for a year working on large equipment, you’d be surprised how many dings and nicks are on it. They are effective, there is zero question about it.
@@madmat990 there have been instances where i wished id worn a hard hat 😅
can't imagen what it would cost. But it's probably A LOT 😀
摺動面をきさげ加工してますね。
I know you want to, c’mon do a benchy.
Мы не знаем что это такое, но если бы мы знали, но мы не знаем что это такое
CORREA VERXA and CORREA ORIX VERY BIGGER FOR INDUSTRY
I suspect one of these machines is a good few hundred thousand Euros
Santa can't deliver this.
out of safety regulation.
no safety fences.
nobody wear safety gloves.
nobody wear the harness over than 1.5 meters height.
how about safety shoes wearing?
toxic masculinity
Perfect!
There was a lady wearing pink, wait till the green and blue haired monsters get a hold of this!
